To start it off, got into the room. There was no towels or anything in the room. Had to go front desk to get some. The pool water was really cloudy and the splash pad/ kid area was closed. We booked this hotel for those features. If we had known we would've stayed somewhere else. The second day, still no towels brought to the room. Once again had to go ask for some only to be told they were out and all they have was the small pool towels. It was a hassle all around. We should've went with our first choice instead of here.

I do NOT recommend! Pool has a thick film on it and the entire pool and splash pad is broken, with no desire to fix it. Front staff was so rude. Our bathtub had towels in it soaked in water from a shower leak. Markings on the walls. Stains on the carpet. We will never ever stay here again

Check in was fine but the cart situation was BAD. He said their carts were “being repaired”. I had to use some wierd dolly thing that made it more difficult than it was worth. I carried my bags the next morning at check out. My kids were VERY DISAPPOINTED because we could not get in the pool due to a layer of suds on top of the water. Not sure what that was about. I asked the manager about it the next morning. She was apologetic but didn’t seem to know either. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for 3 days. Card keys kept failing, doors were often propped open with rocks. The pool was the coldest I've ever felt! Apparently the heater's been out for months and they haven't fixed it. We got this hotel particularly for the pool - so I consider this omission of fault on their page as false advertising. Otherwise, everything was average to great. Location is perfect, city is beautiful.

Bathroom sink clogged and the indoor pool was closed. We booked it because of the indoor pool.

The room smelled very Misty, coffee pot was broken, tv had no signal, bathroom vent broken. The pack n play that was brought up for our baby was also broken. Pool was freezing and splash pad was broken which was the reason we choose this hotel. Both treadmills in the gym were broken and the water fountain was broken. The breakfast was out on time, fresh and well stocked. Overall very disappointed and conditions were like a motel.

We stayed in room 409 for two nights, but immediately after checking in for our first night, the room had an unbearable smell that we couldn't snuff out with any air freshener. The bathroom also didn't have any exhaust in the ceiling, so really there is no way for any room or bathroom odors to have any means of escape. We had no choice but to stay in the room for our two nights, but it was not fun at all. Not sure if it was just that room, or if others also smell like that.

The room is dirty, there’s some brown substance (hopefully chocolate) all over the nightstand (picture attached) and wall, the pullout bed had trash stuffed in it, the window sill is disgusting, and my bed has a ripped comforter on it. The pool is cold and dirty and the kids splash pad is shutdown. Called the front desk about noise coming from upstairs and they did nothing. The people above us were stomping around from 9p-2a, so I got no sleep at all. Definitely do not recommend and will not be back! Update: Nancy (GM) contacted me regarding my request for a refund and said that she was going to discuss refunding me but she seen my one star Google review. She then said “you complained about not being able to sleep because of the noise, but then said you were upset about the room being unclean. Which is it?” To which I replied “it’s both.” She went on to tell me that she can’t control the guests and the noise they make, so I reminded her that hotels have a a quiet time and that it is the job of the staff to enforce said policy. She then said “I will respond to the request for refund, thank you.” And hung up on me. I wasn’t surprised, since there are several reviews stating that she is rude. I’m not sure how such a hostile individual ever ended up as the head of hospitality. She would do much better at the back of house, not dealing with people at all. She really brings the name “Negative Nancy” to a whole new level. And since she appreciated my Google review and photos so much, I’m going to add more. They left food from the previous guest in the refrigerator as well. Not only do I recommend not ever staying here, I’d encourage you to warn everyone you know not to as well.

My stay was not great. I checked in an my comforter had some nasty stain on it. First when I walked in the front lobby it smelt like a seafood boil. In the hallway it didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed. I was moved to another room. It was very noisy outside. This is the second time I have been disappointed. This hotel usually is my go to place. I think this will be my last stay. I don’t know if there has been a change in management are what , but it’s not the same. You used to walk in and it smelt clean. The rooms need updating really bad. I will be stay somewhere else from now on. So disappointed.

The room needs renovation. The carpet is so dirty and smelly that made our stay become a nightmare.

We were woken up to bite marks and bed bugs… o really would like a refund I have a videos to prove. I took one down to the lobby to show that there were bedbugs the gentleman looked at it and threw it in the trash .

So the flooring in the room was very soft in spots that felt like you were going to fall through the floor, the comforter had fresh blood stains, there was mold growing along the bathtub, the room smelled like mildew, the fridge smelled like something had died

This place needs to disinfectant all areas when cleaning, and hire a pest control person. There were tiny roaches in the coffee pot.

Found a cockroach in the bathroom

Pillow cases and mattresses had stains on them. There was no hot water in the shower.

The overall stay was great but the water didn't get hot in room 225

Nice and clean hotel with large rooms.

Close to some nice restaurants and the room was large with a living area separate from the beds. Had a couch and two chairs for visiting or watching TV.

It was very quiet and clean, bed comfortable

We've been across the country on this trip, and this was by far the most comfortable bed I've slept in. However, there was a motorcycle convention or group that partied all night in the room next door and kept loudly revving their engines in the parking lot. All the rooms are non-smoking, but there's enough pot smoke in the hallways to give you a contact high. Breakfast was OK but the scrambled eggs were the worst I've ever tasted. Didn't get to test the pool, much to my kids' disappointment.

Terrible WiFi. If you plan on watching a movie during your stay I don’t recommend this property

Our room had so many issues! The lock was barely working. It looked like someone had broken into it! The AC grill was broken and made loud knocking noises all night. There was only 1 towel. We weren\'t even greeted by the front desk personnel! The "free" breakfast had 0 juice. No bagels left with1 hour of serving time left. Just a really bad place to stay!

Overall was not terrible, but staff was not pleasant. At least when checking in. The front desk worker had an attitude when we requested to have a bed skirt replaced because it had a stain on it, that appeared to come from some part of the body. He told us we could take it off ourselves and place it by the door. It was not something we wanted to touch, he then reluctantly came to remove it. Upon check out the desk worker seemed very pleasant; the initial desk worker just set a bad tone for the rest of our stay unfortunately.

The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming at all……they seemed to be inconvenienced by our stay and neglected to explain the amenities and layout of the property. Very disappointing

Check in was at 3 and we arrived at about 3:20. We were told our room wasn’t ready after the front desk talking to housekeeping. We sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for our room. The front desk just blamed housekeeping saying they didn’t know why they weren’t done when they knew what time check in was.

Our room had a foul smell. We bought air freshener for that. The sleeper sofa was dirty and the mattress was filthy. They moved us to another room. It was not that much better. We only had a couple of sheets on the beds. Friday evening front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Saturday morning front desk staff was also. Saturday night and Sunday morning staff were rude Very disrespectful!!!! Housekeeping didn't even give us a chance to finish gathering our belongings before they tapped on the door and started coming in our room. It wasn't even 9:30!! The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude!! I told her that they moved us to another room because our first room had an odor and the sleeper sofa was dirty. She told me that it's hard to keep track of guests when they just move from room to room. The front desk staff moved us in the middle of the night on Friday.. We didn't move ourselves!! I would not recommend anyone else to stay here until they deep clean those rooms, upgrade their furniture, and give their staff some Professional Development Training!!

Safe and the breakfast was good. But the room condition could have been much better. We had problems receiving towels as they kept saying the housekeeping hadn’t came in yet to wash more and we had a bad toilet that never got fixed from tbe time we checked in on Friday until we checked out on Sunday. We were finally brought a plunger on Saturday night for us to plunge the toilet ourselves and the manger chose to comment they were short handed. Overall the worst stay out of all the weekend traveling we do!!!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and had everything expected. AND - my son forgot his boots in the room. When I called the next day, the staff found the shoes and the hotel manager, Nancy, mailed them to our home. If I am ever through Little Rock again, this will be our hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the most memorable part of my trip was the kind and hospitable positive attitude and assistance that I received from Darryl who was working at the front desk during my departure. I wish more people exemplified Darryl’s amazing customer service and friendly spirit.

It was a terrible experience from the beginning. Upon arrival, it took over 5 minutes to find someone to check us in (it was 10p.m.). That's a long time to wander around a lobby calling for help. We even called the hotel and listened to it ring. Finally, a clerk came from the back without offering an apology or anything. It took 4 attempts and one room change before we could get keys to open a room for us. The room reeked of weed. The curtains were torn. The "queen" beds were smaller than our queen beds at home so probably standard size mattresses. There was a live cricket in the bathroom. Because it was after 11 before we got in the room, we decided to stay. Breakfast the next morning was as expected for a cheap hotel. The only problem was the coffee wasn't hot. We took our issues to the manager but they didn't care. It was just one night in Little Rock but I'd definitely stay elsewhere. We weren't familiar with the city and didn't know.

Went down to get my 2 year old breakfast, the waffle maker was being cleaned. I waited almost 15 mins, along with several other people,, they brought it out but hadn’t put the mix in. The sausage was out, and the employee brought out more eggs(which was already almost full). I was just going to get her a muffin but they only had chocolate and banana So I wasn’t able to get my daughter anything to eat before we went to church. The front desk clerk was helping but she didn’t know where things were, etc. definitely the worst experience in regards to breakfast that I’ve had. I will say the front desk employee super nice, and have customer service on an A-1 level.

The bathroom was not well lit. Breakfast offering was slim. No fresh fruit.

Good overall staff and property condition.....HOWEVER...while properly prepared, management must have ordered the absolute cheapest mixes for breakfast...I have eaten at many dozens of this type of breakfast...this one absolutely tasted amoung the worst...including coffee.

The room’s air wasn’t working and it was hot! The water sprinklers wasn’t working either. The breakfast was awful. The juice and food and supplies was not refilled. I had to ask many times.
