Air conditioning out in lobby and vending rooms. Walls blank in rooms no pictures nothing. Sterile. Nothing “homey” about it. Bed was comfortable. Toilet made this screaming sound every time flushed. Horrible!!

Easy to drive where I needed. Toilet tissue was sparse but we got through. No restaurant and I never saw the bar staffed. Many places to eat close by so it was not a problem. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this property many times. Always wondered why nobody was in the pool. I know now… it was dirty AND something had died in the trashcan. It was so bad I couldn’t stand to be outside. Told the desk person and she said that she would pass it on to maintenance and it was their problem now!! Unacceptable. The room we were in needed an update bad. If they do just a few little things it will be a great experience again.

Walked up to see a green pool. Front desk service was rude. Went to break a $20.00 both front desk attendants were clueless about where the $ to make change was. After both of them going to the back office they claimed they didn’t have any money to make change. The entire first floor smells like mildew. The a/c in the room was terrible and we were all hot. Rooms were tiny and we didn’t have room to put my husbands cpap and my fan next to our bed due to lack of tables and outlets ( this is the first time ever) We stayed here to spend time with our grandkids and it was miserable especially with a green pool. Huge Hilton hotel fan but this location was really bad!

The location is close to other attractions but in the outer area. The customer service was courteous and friendly. The rooms were spacious and had everything you need like microwave, fridge and Keurig. The room was perfect for a family of four. I did see the ice machine was broken and one elevator was down but not a big deal for us.

Although this property was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant didn’t have a very welcoming attitude. Short with answers and not a greeting smile. After my family was done swimming in the pool we were not offered any towels. After returning to our room we noticed a sketchy individual snaking around all of our vehicles. The police were called and the individual was picked up. After this it was hard to relax and my children were on edge.

A $75 pet fee upon arrival was a shock being I did not see anything on the price list upon booking this room at this hotel. We also could not get a room until 2pm in the afternoon which caused us to be late at the water park.

Walked in to the thermostat being stuck at 78 and a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. I should’ve saved $200 and stayed at a Days Inn.

Our bathroom had no ventilation and was extremely hot during our shower. There was an old Breakfast sausage on the floor next to my bed. Our bed creaked and the headboard was loose. The air conditioning was not able to keep up with the hot day. Will not be staying there again.

The room appeared clean and tidy at first entering. The shower door was out of alignment which caused water pooling when showering more than the bath mat could handle. The caulking around the shower was old and globbed on and unsightly. I liked the towel rack inside the shower and the shampoo, conditioner, and shower get dispensers were full and secure to the wall. I would have appreciated a brief discription of the breakfast protocol. Coffee and some fruit are incudled with stay, but hot food options are fee for seevice. We ate off site. The coffee bar was well stocked and the coffee was fresh.

Hotel was clean. Room was clean except for the brown stain between the night stand and bed. Pool was great. Only complaint is the charge for the average hotel breakfast, for the price of the room it should be included.

Reserved two rooms for 2/25 -2/26. On 2/25 at 9:27 am I contacted Ashley by phone requesting adjoining rooms. She said yes and was very polite & friendly.We arrived at 2:00 & asked to check in earlier, but one room wasn’t cleaned yet due to being short staffed, but could check in to the other. I saw housekeepers down the hall and politely asked if they were almost ready to get to my room to clean. They said they would do it next. At 3:45 I returned to the lobby with several guests and was told wait 10 more min.and said it was because I req. adjoined rooms.Like it was my fault! Yet I made the request in the a.m! Next day housekeeping knocked at 11:08. I said we’re still here. 5 minutes later she tried opening the door! I said we’re still inside. She says we should be out and asked “are you staying another day or what?” Room should have been ready by 3:00 check in. Yet were eager to clean 8 min after checkout? Unprofessional & understaffed, pubic hair on toilet seat. Beds were comfortable. Check out clerk friendly.

Front desk was super nice and helpful. Breakfast attendant/waitress couldn't communicate and denied a complaint. Room itself was fine. Loved having a keurig. Bathtub fixtures, tiles and floors were not clean.

The bathroom was in poor condition. There were chips in the tub. The sink handles were on backwards. The toilet ran continuously until I fixed it. Worst of all they said I only had a reservation for one day and made me re-register. I had a reservation for two days confirmed by email.

Bathroom vent was not working, and hadn't for a while, judging by the rust present on the steel door jamb. Furniture was chewed up on the corners, couch had a big rip covered with duct tape. Reserved room for 5 guests, and there were only 4 towels in the room. Tissue box had a total of 3 tissues left. Room seemed generally clean at least. Tried to check in with their app and chose my room on the first floor. But my digital key never arrived, and I had to go to the desk to check in anyway. They gave me a completely different room, on the second floor. Sofa bed was noisy and not very comfortable. You can feel the springs right through the mattress. Overall, facilities like this will tarnish the Hilton brand.

Nice hotel. The only problem was the room we had had a shower only, no bathtub which didn’t suite us. We did not request this type of room and it was listed this way when we booked the room. Hotel staff did not inform of this either so not sure if all the rooms are this way. May want to ask before making the reservation if this matters to you.

After my family was done swimming in the pool we were not offered any towels. After returning to our room we noticed a sketchy individual snaking around all of our vehicles. The police were called and the individual was picked up. After this it was hard to relax and my children were on edge.

Although this property was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant didn’t have a very welcoming attitude. Short with answers and not a greeting smile. Reserved two rooms for 2/25 -2/26. On 2/25 at 9:27 am I contacted Ashley by phone requesting adjoining rooms. She said yes and was very polite & friendly.We arrived at 2:00 & asked to check in earlier, but one room wasn’t cleaned yet due to being short staffed, but could check in to the other. I saw housekeepers down the hall and politely asked if they were almost ready to get to my room to clean. They said they would do it next. At 3:45 I returned to the lobby with several guests and was told wait 10 more min.and said it was because I req. adjoined rooms.Like it was my fault! Yet I made the request in the a.m! Next day housekeeping knocked at 11:08. I said we’re still here. 5 minutes later she tried opening the door! I said we’re still inside. She says we should be out and asked “are you staying another day or what?” Room should have been ready by 3:00 check in. Yet were eager to clean 8 min after checkout? Unprofessional & understaffed, pubic hair on toilet seat. Beds were comfortable. Check out clerk friendly.

We had just gotten settled in our room when someone who checked into the same room online tried to gain access. Then the manager came to our door and I had to get out of bed and show ID to prove who I was. It was extremely inconvenient and confusing because the girl from the front desk that had just checked us in was standing next to the manager at our door.

Easy to drive where I needed. Toilet tissue was sparse but we got through. No restaurant and I never saw the bar staffed. Many places to eat close by so it was not a problem. I would stay here again.

The hotel was well-maintained and clean. The staff was courteous and available when I had questions. Breakfast was available (Not included) and items that my kids enjoyed. It was located minutes from my kid's event which made it less stressful. Great restaurants around the area.

The hotel was very good, my only dislike was the rooms have carpet. Besides that front staff was friendly and rooms felt clean. Breakfast is not included which is not common at their price point

Hotel was clean. Room was clean except for the brown stain between the night stand and bed. Pool was great. Only complaint is the charge for the average hotel breakfast, for the price of the room it should be included.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are the best part of this location. Unfortunately the Hilton computer system was down when we checked in. Staff had to manually check us in then let us in and out of our room as they couldn’t create room cards. King bed comfortable but bathroom needs some attention. Shower grout appears to be pink with mold. There was no vent in the bathroom so it stayed humid, The door had to be propped open to air out the bathroom, towels are kept in the shower and got wet from the water spray. Elevators were filthy. The air in the hotel smelled a bit old and stagnant. It just wasn’t what I felt like as a Hilton quality property.
