Please Read I was very disappointed I’m not a complainer really not. I had problems with my door shutting. Then the keys would not work 8 times. I he maybe it’s your phone demagnetizing it. On the last time the reservationist said I will try it didn’t work. The last straw was finally they told me it must be something with the key system or your door. The reservationist let me and told me to when I get back from my runs get him to let me in I’m like huh? Finally I get another key stepped off on the wrong floor use the key open my door and it did but it was to another room. Just think if I had walked in on somebody private moment. I told the reservationist about it she oh I’m sorry we had to give you a master key like no way! Why wouldn’t you tell me that my bath tub plug would not stay down nk one ever showed up. No way I’m asking for a full refund all five days my microwave plate was missing to the had to go get one. I was just dissatisfied. Period I asked for a free night the night manager said I will give you a discount I couldn’t believe it, Richard was great and thd cleaning staff clean don’t go to room 307 door never worked if closed automatically

Not great - ac fan was clunking around all night and the room was far from clean. Pluses were the strong water pressure and high ceilings. Felt like a lot of space in the room which was nice. The main issue was that the hotel charged me a 12 dollar service fee on-top of the price I reserved at on the site. Not sure how this is legal… seems like a bait and switch. At any rate, I won’t stay at this location again

The room was very dirty. Crumbs of food along the baseboards, the mattress cover was stained, the chair and ottoman were both covered in dark stains. The bathroom had cobwebs under the counter top. The room was supposed to be a suite but half the room was empty. There was an odor in the room as well. I requested a refund after about five minutes in the room.
