Enjoyed hotel. TV small in size and not near bed. Laminate on cabinets facade coming off. Pool out of service. Climate control excellent. Room clean but had a smell of deodorizer. Breakfast adequate and had an individual making crepes. Also, gave out free beer and wine at night. Location nearby highway and airport in a good way. Staff friendly. King size bed great.

This place is dead. Pool closed and poor front end staff. Breakfast was not stocked well and coffee was not fresh

Staff were extraordinarily friendly and solicitous. The parking area was roughly paved and only one of the two elevator cars worked. Breakfast service and 24 hour beverage table were of high quality. The heavy room doors closed noisily all night long. We would stay again.

We arrived and found out the pool was closed until further notice. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. The lobby was nice. There were large boxes of bedding on the way to the elevator. Breakfast was included however they had a sign stating they ran out of cereal both mornings. The room was a nice size. The shower leaks water on the floor while using it. Reserved a room for 4 but there were only 2 towels. There were 3 bugs crawling around the room during our 2 night stay.

Booked this hotel just for the indoor pool, however front desk told me that the pool has been down for more than 6 months, they should have notified me in advance and didn’t.

Very nice stay. Roadway to the Element has one foot deep potholes that you better drive around. No the hotel's property though.

The road coming in had car sized pit holes, pool broken, not enough towels, phones didn’t work, no bags in the trash bins. Sheets were clean and staff nice. Seemed like it had changed hands and company doesn’t care to fix anything.

Potholes in street leading to the property were plentiful and very dangerous. Parking lot was not much better. Hotel is very nice but conditions leading to it, spoil it.

had to clean the bedside table off from last occupant. burn stain from cigarette on table. rugs looked dirty, not vaccumed well. only the wand worked in the shower. generally, the bathroom looked dirty and in need of a facelift. pool was closed. halls needed vaccuming. lost power on 12/23/22. no back up generator. My disabled husband had to make his way down 2 flights of stairs. my son had to carry his scooter for him. we tried hotel later. no power, this was close to 1am. called hotel next door. they had power no rooms. stayed on son's couch. unable to do stairs there. requested refund for night. said we had to show that we stayed at another hotel. found 3 bugs hopefullu not bed bugs. the breakfast was okay. cook was very nice. staff was friendly. very disappointed.

We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, and the pool. The proximity was good, but the pool was totally empty and torn up from renovations, and tbh, I don't think that picture is of the same pool room. The one at this property didn't have all those windows, and was appeared much smaller. Also, we put out the do-not-disturb as we didn't need our room serviced since we were only staying 2 nights. When we came back into our room in the evening, our room had "sort of" been serviced. The bed was made, and the towels replaced, but we had picked up 2 extra towels at the front desk, (making 4 total) and although they took 3 towels, they only replaced 1, leaving us with 2 total. The property doesn't have an icemaker, but they have ziplock bags with ice you can take from their little store. Only after you get to your room do you realize there is no ice bucket, so you pretty much just leave it melt in the sink. There is sort of a kitchenette, but what was supplied was random. One of our 2 rooms had 2 knives and 1 spoon, the other had no utensils at all.

Staff: Speedy check in. Positive attitude and responsive. Cleanliness: public areas are modern, clean, and organized. Room cleanliness spotty, depends on which room you get. Hairs stuck on fitted sheets from laundry, hairs found along the rim and corners of the bathroom, so room cleanliness is be below par. Quiet even though its near the airport, spacious, reasonably good room design, easy parking It would have earned a five out of five, if room cleanliness can be more consistent. Good room temperature and easy to use temperature control panel. Hot shower temperature could be a tab hotter, but acceptable for one day stay.

Staff was very nice checking in. It was a warm welcome when they had the hot chocolate set up. It was out of the stairs control of how wind people came in and was getting the hot chocolate they could not control how they were reaching in and touching things, the food without the tones or taking more than they needed so that was very unclean area. The room itself was very nasty on the walls they were boogers that look like it been there for a while. The floor was not clean spill something and wipe it up and it was so the towel itself is so dirty the bed felt like somebody was sleeping in it for years you roll over in a big hole of a body print , the vet has so much dirt in them all at night if seemed like somebody was smoking in the room for because it was coming into our room, making me and my daughter cough all night. The shower look like it still had dirt in there from the guest before, then we were killing stink bugs, all in the window , so yes, I will write this a zero if I could but like I stated the staff at the front desk were very nice it’s just the room cleaning. This was not up to par at all. I wish that we could’ve checked into another hotel, but before I even checked in, they had took my money out of my bank account , that was not going to be refundable at all. Would I come back to this hotel? I think I will not because of the nastiness in the room itself and the hotel had a very strong smell of mold in it and they were trying to disguise it with some air filters.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The lobby looked great and breakfast each morning was delicious. We loved that there was a yogurt bar with different toppings. We didn't make it, but we were told there was an afternoon cocktail hour with snacks as well. On our first night, we were awakened by the fire alarm and smoke outside our door, there was a fire around the corner on our floor, but the fire department response was quick and we were back in in about an hour. (I'm assuming this was not the hotel's fault so I'm not going to take away stars for this - though it created a lot of anxiety)

Love that it was very clean and smell sooooo good. The bed was sooooo comfortable but the pillows were too soft. And the parking was great!

This property has a lot of potential. Besides the multiple leak spots on the ceiling the lobby is nice. The style of the rooms are nice as well however the bathrooms, specifically the showers look disgusting. The water has a weird smell and the water pressure is weak. The toilet is easily clogged and the sinks are slow to drain. The staff aren’t the best either. While kind they don’t pay attention to detail and I was charged twice for another guest stay because we had the same last name. While it was finally resolved it should’ve never happened. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was old looking. Couch had a rip, tv barely hanging on the wall, scratches on the paint, stove old, no tv remote when we got there had to request one. NOT up to my expectations at all. Embarrassing that I brought a guest with me.

They charge me a fee when I came in then every thought I did it through the app and when I requested a refund it was not given I’m not using Expedia again or element hotel and they showers have mold around the edges and they don’t always clean the rooms either

This place is nasty. It had cockroaches. The carpet is filthy. The staff is not professional. We had 2 rooms. One room had fallen smoke detector, the bathroom door was not closing, the lights in the shower wasn’t working. The window didn’t open. The other room had entrance light wasn’t working and had cockroaches. The manager was informed but never resolved the problem and so had to check out and get new hotel.

Pros: Nice atmosphere, happy hour was a bonus, breakfast was decent. Cons: Laminate floors in room made it echo-y.

Customer service was subpar. No greeting or welcoming of any kind. Both repa just say on a stool looking at me until I greeted them. The lobby area is very nice. The rooms are ok. No real decor, couch needs to be cleaned. Very small TV, regular size frig, sink constantly dripped water. I had to put a bowl under it. Continental breakfast is very basic. I wouldn't stay there again for the price.

Beds are very comfy and the rooms are spacious. Beautifully decorated and very cozy.

Our stay was nice it was clean and the staff was friendly. The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable at all you could feel all the springs in the bed. Also the complimentary breakfast wasn’t the greatest, it was cold. But overall it was a decent place to stay.

The room is nice. The rugs in the halls and elevator are worn, kinda detracts from the overall appearence

What a great property and staff. My wife and I spend some time in that part of New Jersey and have stayed at other hotels. This place is so much better than the others. Will stay here again. Staff was great, rooms were perfect.

We stayed 5 days and every person on every shift at the desk was kind, helpful and accommodating. Rooms and common areas were very clean. We will stay here the next time we are in the area.

The staff was so patient when our party had four reservations in two names with Marriott as well as two third party vendors. There had been so many changes that we were missing a different day on each of the rooms. They sorted it all and fixed the problems without overcharging us. There were minor problems with the rooms we had - no heat in one, no hot water in another, a pullout sofa with someone’s snack all crumbled beneath the cushions and no bedding, and a serious leak in the kitchen faucet. We only asked for help with the heat, and the bedding/mess for the sofabed. Both were fixed in a timely fashion. Staff is their best feature. They are hardworking and very helpful and friendly.

Great service from people who made breakfast to our order and from the people at the front desk who remembered my dad from day to day.

I Arrived and they told me they had no room for me even though I had a prepaid reservation. They told me they had turned away 8 other guests in the same manner.

Night staff gentlemen was very nice and accommodating. This is typically rare when you show up past midnight. This starts the stay off good specially when tired. Thank you.

Room had a lot of problems. The remote wouldn't work and there was no way to even manually turn on the TV. The coffee maker did not work. We told the front desk this the first morning, but nothing was done. We went back to the front desk and Sean got us a new coffee maker and a new remote control. The first night I was awakened at 2 AM by children jumping on the floor above us. I told the night clerk, but nothing was done. This happened the second night, too, told the night clerk and nothing was done. I also discovered the room phone did not work

It was a pleasant experience. The room was cozy and temp of the room was nice too. Hotel is close to an airport so if you're a light sleeper that is something. I had no issues at all with the planes. I believe the shower was a handicap room so it only had a shower curtain no door. So water could leak out easily. The location was easy to get to off the highway. Close to Princeton as well so plenty to do by it. Pool was closed during my stay so can not comment on that.

Breakfast I skipped because not many healthy options (everything had added sugar - including the plain yogurt and instant oatmeal). Some non-sugar, non gluten options would be great. Also less single-serving plastic products would be appreciated. I liked the shower products in the pump containers just fine. The location is a bit far if you’re doing business in Trenton, but there are not a lot of options. Thank you!

I liked the property and the room. It was clean and quiet. What I did not like was there was no stores or restaurants around. They did offer free breakfast which was needed since I was starving. Luckily, they also had a mini store to buy some food, snacks or drinks. I had to pay double the price though. Overall good though

I enjoyed the cleaniness of the room, it was peaceful, the location was in a secluded area and breakfast was delicious. I will be back.

Excellent location and hotel setup. I really appreciated the hot breakfast that included Gluten Free items. Very thoughtful. Keep up the wonderful service.

When I arrived to check in I was welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine for me and my husband something I’ve never experience. The place smelled amazing and I loved my double queen size bed with kitchen. The breakfast was really good. Highly recommend

very nice all around. nice breakfast, complementary drinks and snacks on Sat was awesome. We didn't have lunch due to our schedule so the snack was a perfect fill in before moving on to our next function. Thanks for the great stay!
