房間寬躺、整潔。就是天然溫泉不太好，女湯只開放一個短時段。

スパも綺麗で、アイスやラーメンなどのサービスがとても良かったです。歩いて1分のところに国内に1店舗だけのスタバもあり楽しめました。

We booked last-minute, so it was a little pricey... but we love it here. Comfortable, spacious room, helpful staff, tasty lobby tea (and noodles at night), and a delightful public bath and sauna! The only downside is how limited the women's bath hours are.

3名2泊で利用 モーニングはないが無料の飲み物、ヨーグルト 数種類のシリアルで朝からホテルを出ることもなく朝食を済ませることが出来ました。 2泊目は、すぐ近くに大きなスタバもあり、モーニングタイムをのんびり過ごせました。 大浴場は、男女入れ替えなので時間が合えば利用できる感じですが、利用させて頂き旅の疲れが取れました。概ね満足でした。 男性スタッフは、対応が丁寧でした。

息子がお世話になりましたが、立地、施設共に大変よかったと大満足していました。 サウナ好きなので、滞在中は毎日利用させていただいたようです。 ありがとうございました！

サウナがあるのがありがたかったです 広くはないのですが贅沢はいえません それでもスッキリできました この系列ホテルを中心にとまります 浅草のホテルもよかったです。

We had a lovely stay. The staff were all friendly and the room was clean. There was even a washer dryer in our room which really helped. I used the public bath which was really nice. People with tattoos are not allowed in the public bath though which wasn't an issue for us. Overall a recommended stay.

The property said there was a spa but access was restricted if you were male or female on certain days. I stay at Dormy Inns all over Japan and the free breakfast was very minimal. I'd rather pay for a full sized breakfast.

Onsen was a nice surprise. Great location by the river.

The place smelled like paint and toxic smell the ac didn't work and the space for 5 people was inconvenient it was just 1 tiny room with 1 mattress and 2 blankets on the floor , I'm still trying to get a refund we got to stay somewhere else

近くでイベントがあるため前泊しましたが、向かいのスターバックスリザーブ®️ROARTERYを知らず、夜も朝も来てしまいました。都心なのにお部屋が広くて、ロケーションも素晴らしいです。 壁紙など少し気になるところもありましたが、水回りは綺麗で、とてもよく休めました。ありがとうございました。

２ヶ月は前に予約したが入り口の大量の滲みやミニバー付近の大きな滲みがあり気持ちが悪く、満室だったらしくロビーにあるアイスクリームやドリンクなどが不足していてスタッフさんが廻りきれていなかった様子だった。

Pros about the hotel are, quite neighborhood away from the busy city, room and bathroom were decent size, nice public bath house on the first floor. Cons not close to public transportation the closest train station is a 15 minute walk, the hotel is quiet old stained carpet and lots of dust, and they want to charge you for just about anything early or late chk out is 1000 per hour, if you use hot water for more than 30 they will charge, if you leave extra trash in the room they will charge you, and on top of that it wasn't a cheap hotel. So I definitely don't recommend it.

施設内とても清潔で綺麗で、スタッフの方も明るくテキパキと対応してくださり心地よかったです。事前に荷物も届けていたのですが、きちんと保管してくださっていました。部屋は、清掃が行き届いていて清潔で、広くて使い勝手が良く、空調や雰囲気も居心地良かったです。ちょっとしたサービスが色々とあって、子供も喜んでいました。

I booked this hotel because it’s located right in front of Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo. The women’s bath was available only until 8 PM, but I just used the shower, so that was fine. The room had the basic essentials, but everything worked well and it was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The walls might be a bit thin—when I stepped out into the hallway, I could hear a baby crying. However, it didn’t bother me much, and since the hotel was fully booked, our own sounds or music might have disturbed others too. The front desk staff were excellent! Considering this area has many international visitors, they did their best to speak in English and provided professional service. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit the Roastery.

The room was surprisingly roomy for the price (anyone traveling in Tokyo knows how small they can get—this is what the size you’d expect in American cities). The public baths were clean and relaxing. They offered delicious snacks and drinks several different times of the day. The staff were very kind and helpful.

As to the balcony, we never opened the windows but there appeared to be a small ledge you could stop out onto, but certainly not a chair or anything. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom very nice with a washing machine. There was a sink/microwave/fridge in the entry way. And a reclining chair with footstool. We would certainly recommend anyone to stay here. And it was across the street from the Stabucks Roastery - a great experience.

The hotel may be comfortable but the construction work going on ALL NIGHT next door was so loud that sleep was virtually impossible. The hotel neither mentioned it nor apologised but simply explained it wasn’t their fault. It’s now 1am and I am trying to sleep but the drilling and construction noise is ridiculous. The hotel have offered a free late check-out assuming I can spend all morning sleeping!

Bad WiFi and no air conditioning

整體可以。 雖然距離車站很遠，要來回走是挺浪費時間的。 建議直接到對面馬路座巴士到渋谷車站轉車。 附近也有很不錯的餐廳，4層大的星巴克，激安殿堂。 很不錯。 可能是旺季，$1300HKD一晚絕對是不值得的。 $600～800HKD我覺得是可以接受。 房間的床很硬，睡久了會痛那種… 大浴場是男女交替的，而且很小，時間不合，還是在房間洗澡算了。 其他也還可以，職員也很親切。

스타벅스 로스터리 바로앞 톤키호테 바로옆 위치는 너무좋음. 방 상태는 별로이고 에어컨도 잘 안됨. 직원들은 많이 친절함. 숙소상태빼고는 최고임!

We had a really nice day. The staff was polite and efficient, the room was comfortable, if a little dark. The downstairs breakfast could have been a bit healthier. But overall, no major issues.

BEWARE Not recommended for solo females OR couples with females! I chose this place because of the listed spa amenity. It says separate areas for men and women. FALSE that is a lie! There is 1 area only, and separate DAYS for men and women. Men get 5 days (weekdays), women get 2 days (weekends). I arrived Sunday night, and the lady took so long to check me in and finally got to explaining the spa at which point I said, wait, so I only have 20 minutes now to use the spa? She said "Sorry, 15 min sorry" So I had to rush, while she was still talking to me about the ramen I don\'t care! So I got to use the spa for 10 min! So I booked another hotel, Super Hotel I stayed at before that I know has 2 separate areas and the spa is open ALL night until 9am. I asked Dormy to give me a refund because of the false advertising. Of course they say sorry no. I would not have stayed there if I had known this. Seeing that I was a single female booking they should have notified me. And what I really cannot tolerate is gender inequality. I know this is a more male dominate society, but that is old and backwards and I do not support that type of thinking. Please do not support this gender inequality! If you are a woman, this is NOT the hotel for you. Location is also weird and not much to walk to. Who cares about the Starbucks you can get that anywhere. I left first thing in the morning, I don\'t care if I lost money on it, I wasn\'t going to stay there a minute longer.

I picked this place because it is literally right across the street from the Starbucks Reserve Roastery. Aside from that lovely perk, the hotel is great! The staff was very friendly and able to explain everything to me (a non-Japanese speaker). They provide some toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, combs, and disposable razor in the lobby and have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the room. The room was pretty spacious and clean. The room had a clean shirt, pants, and slippers that can be worn throughout the hotel which is nice when going to the public bath/sauna. The public bath is nice with a locker & key to store your items, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner at the stalls and razors, qtips, and hair tonic/lotion/one other in the dressing room. The hot tube was a nice temperature for relaxing. The free food, drinks, and snacks during certain times of the day was also very nice! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It is a very basic hotel. For the price that I paid, I was excepting a little more in terms of comfort. I liked the onsen which I used once during my 5 days stay. The Starbucks reserve in front of the hotel was a surprise that we truly enjoyed. There are only 7 in the world. Big downfall was the connection to stations for public transportation. We had to use taxi several times. Another disappointment is that we had to pay $20 extra to use the sofa bed for my kiddos instead of them sleeping on tithe two twin beds. That was not mentioned until we were asked to pay extra. Overall, it is OK but I feel it was expensive compared to other options.

Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay. I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society. A bonus thing at Dormy Inn Express is the popsicle that you get for free every evening. A nice treat and gesture, especially when it is over 30 degrees outside and very humid.

Great location, directly in front of the Starbucks Reserve Roast and a few steps to the new Donki in Meguro. Also near Meguro river for great walks.

It is a bit far from the train station, but it is fine if taking the bus to shibuya station. The environment is quiet and makes me feel good walking next to the river. Really enjoying to stay in this hotel.

酒店房間寬大，職員也很友善，步行二十分种到地鐵站，鄰近有很多食店，酒店對面有一間樓高四膚專門烘焙咖啡豆的星巴克咖啡店，有很多外國人都慕名而來 ，也包括日本人，這酒店值得推薦。

정말 마음에 든 숙소였는데 숙소 사진은 세탁기 밖에 없네요..ㅎ 우선 저희가 도쿄 갔을 때 너무X100000 더웠고, 땀 때문에 옷을 계속 갈아입느라 가져간 옷들이 부족할 정도얐어요 ㅜㅜ 정말 숙소에 세탁기가 없었더라면..(끔찍) 세탁기에 건조기능까지 있어서 아주 잘 사용했답니다! 그래서 사진까지 찍어둔거 같아요 ㅎㅎ 우선 중심지 숙소들은 너무 비싸서 저희 예산에서 최대의 가성비로 찾은 숙소였어요. 위치는 역과 역 사이라 역까지는 도보 15분 정도인데요. 시부야역까지 바로 가는 버스가 있고, 도보로 30분 정도면 시부야로 바로 갈 수도 있어서 나쁘지 않았어요. 날씨만 선선했으면 다 걸어다녔을 것 같아요. 그리고 무엇보다 숙소주변이 진짜 매력적이어서 다음에도 여기 또 올 것 같아요. 메구로강 따라서 산책도 할 수 있고, 맛있는 밥집,술집,카페가 많아서 숙소 근처에서 거의 모든 식사를 해결했어요. 직원들은 과하지도 부족하지도 않게 친절했고, 숙소 청소도 깔끔했습니다. 아주 만족해요!
