Le riad est très joli,bien situé dans une rue calme a deux pas d une des entrées des souks, , les chambres sont très propres, la literie est de bonne qualité, le personnel très aimable et attentif, un bémol cependant, le matin tout résonne et le spa ne fonctionne pas super bien. Une bonne adresse cependant.

Pour notre première fois à marrakesh, l’accueil dans ce Riad était juste parfait. Nous avons testé le spa, et c’était tout simplement super. L’accompagnement, la disponibilité et l’écoute du service est irréprochable. Les chambres ont la climatisation, et sont très propres.

Fantastic, spacious, beautiful Riad in quiet street. Crisp white linen, comfy beds, lovely hosts, fantastic breakfast and a real bonus - cold plunge pool on roof terrace! Already recommended to other travellers.

The staff were very welcoming and will assist with whatever you need. Marrakesh can be a little daunting. It is buried within the winding passages of Marrakesh although still easy to find once you have your bearings. A traditional Moroccan breaksfast included and was lovely. The Riad itself is very nice. It was by far not the most expensive Riad in Marrakesh. We had the suite but peeking into the other rooms they all seemed very nice and comfortable. Some parts may seem a little worn around the edges but remember how old the buildings are when reading this review. It is by no means a criticism. We only stayed a couple of days so did not make use of the roof top jacuzzi or the sun loungers but did go up to check it out. There are spacious free to use cabanas on the roof top too. All in all a wonderfully authentic stay at a reasonable price.

De riad is gelegen op een rustige locatie, net buiten de echte drukte van de medina. Voor €7 rij je met een taxi naar het centrale plein Djemaa el Fna of in 10-15 minuten loop je er door de kleine straatjes op je gemak naartoe. - Goede bedden en voorzieningen aanwezig. - zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. - maak gebruik van de luchtballonexcursie via de receptie! - klein zwembad met zonnebedden op het dakterras.

Location was perfect. They also have a massage spa and hammam on site so I highly recommend it as part of your experience. The staff here are lovely!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Amina, and it was a wonderful experience. The riad is incredibly cozy, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the establishment is exceptional, the rooftop terrace where the pool is was lovely to lounge on, the location was good and the customer service is fantastic—second to none. A massive thanks to Fuad, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His warm hospitality and attentive service made a significant difference and truly enhanced our experience. While our stay was delightful, we have a few minor suggestions for improvements: 1. A fridge in the room would be a welcome addition, especially considering the warm climate 2. Installing a shower curtain in the bathroom would help prevent water from spilling onto the floor 3. A rail to hang towels after use would add to the convenience 4. A mirror in the bedroom would be a practical enhancement 5. Some small cosmetic updates to the room and bathroom would make the stay even more enjoyable. Specifically, updating the bathtub (ours had rust patches inside) and a little refresh of paint where some of the walls were peeling would be beneficial Overall, our experience at Riad Amina was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The charming ambiance, combined with the top-notch service provided by Fuad and the rest of the staff, made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Riad Amina, for a wonderful stay!

Smukt hotel med et personale der er meget hjælpsomt. Hotellet er smagsfuldt dekoreret med mange fine steder og kroge at sidde i både i patioen og på terrassen. Det er et plus at der er en bar. Vi bor her meget gerne igen på vores næste rejse

Hotel was in the Medina and a great location. We enjoyed walking around the market which was easy to get to from this hotel. The staff were great and room was clean. Very spacious.

Exécrable!! Impossible de dormir avant 23h Le son de la musique dès 17h est tellement fort qu’on a l’impression qu’elle joue dans notre chambre. La poussière était visible partout soit tapis, sous le lit, plancher et l’escalier de la chambre. Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Ce n’est sûrement pas un 3 encore moins un 4 étoiles!! Le bruit des voix, claquements des portes, la vaisselle qu’ils lavent et placent sur les tables pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain peut durer une heure soit jusqu’à 23h. Pour entrer dans l’hôtel, il faut claquer un loquet et c’est tellement écho que le son parvient à notre chambre surtout la nuit.

Hyggelig riad der ligger godt, meget centralt men stadig fred og ro om aftenen. Personalet var supersøde og meget serviceminded. Rigtig god betjening og god mad. Meget fin rengøring.

Simple , nice , pleasant , quiet , all the staff were great , breakfast was nice , rooms where simple but very clean .

Disappointing. The riad is in dire need of some TLC, the rooms were tiny with plaster crumbling off the walls, wardrobes with no coat hangers, no hair dryer and the shower was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The water pressure was non existent and the water went between a dribble of cold to a torrent of scalding hot every 20 seconds. The shower gel and shampoo were also so watered down they were useless and I had to go out and buy my own. Kept finding dead cockroaches in the bathroom too. I’ve stayed in marrakech many times and this is sadly a riad I would not want to return to. Shame as it’s a good location, the breakfast was fine and the bed was actually very comfortable. They need to spend some serious cash revamping this place though - it was tired, run down and a bit sad.

Le Riad est superbe. Ma chambre,petite, était située au rez de chaussée, donc assez sombre et parfois bruyante. Le déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. L’accueil est chaleureux. J’ai passer deux heures au spa. Je recommande. Seul bémol. Le Riad est assez difficile à trouver dans la Medina.

Entrando l'impatto è piacevole, struttura carina. Le camere sono minuscole (io avevo chiesto la superior), non c'era spazio per nulla. Colazione buona.

We stayed in a standard room at Riad Amina for five nights. Clearly, the standard room option is not going to offer the height of luxury, but it was adequate for our needs and our budget, with a high ceiling that helped the (air-conditioned) air circulate. Although our standard room was rather small and rather dark, it didn’t bother us as we could sit in the beautiful, shady riad courtyard at any time. The staff were superb throughout our stay. A special heads up to front desk manager Keltoum, who was endlessly charming and helpful. Although Riad Amina is some distance from the centre of the Medina at Jemaa el-Fna, this suited us fine. We mostly ate our evening meals at small restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of the riad. Before we arrived, we were a little apprehensive that the Medina would be a lot of hassle and we’d constantly be dodging aggressive hawkers and scammers. I can’t speak for the whole Medina, but we never encountered anyone unsavory anywhere in the neighborhood of Riad Amina.

DO NOT BOOK A DOUBLE ROOM! Only book this Riad if you’re going to get a suite because the double room is Tiny! They give a very small Breakfast. They give some bread and jams with a cake and a tiny pancake (however I did ask them to make an omelette for me and they did with no extra cost) Some of the staff were friendly and very helpful, while others weren’t. Very noisy inside the room at night with random activities happening outside (cat fights and random people shouting really loud). Overall the stay was just OK, but defo not worth it if you’re booking a double room

We had a great stay at Riad Amina by a very friendly and welcoming family. The Riad is very beautiful and charming, but very warn down. Riad is not being run in best condition, and needs a big make over. Another minus where the small rooms with even smaller bathrooms and not in good condition. Also a lot of noise from other guest, doorhandles and locks.

This is a small Riad in the outskirts of the old town, although within the walls of the city. Quite hard to find. it's within walking distance to the mail old town area. Our room was extremly loud due to it's site above the reception and hotel entrance area. In addition, the room did not fulfill our expectation, only window at floor bottom, reahing to your stomach.... we therefore left this hotel 1 day earlier than planned. Service is though friendly.... and nice.

Das Personal ist freundlich aber langsam, das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Zimmer sind klein und dunkel aber sauber und es gibt eine kleine Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist gut, direkt am Eingang zum Souk mit günstigen Lokalen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Peu de place dans la chambre standard et surtout dans la salle de bain où il n’y a aucun rangement pour pouvoir poser le nécessaire de toilette. Le petit déjeuner est un peu décevant. Le rooftop du riad avec sa piscine est super, idéal pour profiter du soleil et se rafraîchir. Bon rapport qualité/prix quand même. Personnels très accueillants et chaleureux.

I had an absolute amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are all unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you feel comfortable. It’s easy walking distance to all the major markets, and I felt totally safe here.

Hébergement proche des centres d intérêts à pied. Très mal isolé phonétiquement.les chambres donnent sur le patio où se déroulent le petit déjeuner et les repas du soir,ce qui provoque beaucoup de nuisances sonores. Le personnel est très gentil.petit souci de compréhension avec le gérant Younes,nous avons réservé une prestation massage que nous avons attendu trop longtemps pour finir par l annuler.lors du départ nous avions réservé un transfert pour l aéroport qui n est pas arrivé…le gérant nous a confié à une voiture qu il a arrêté dans la rue.ses réponses à nos réclamations n ont pas été professionnelles.il nous a répondu c est comme ça …ça arrive….dommage.

Marrakech's version of 'Faulty Towers'. Poor quality, shabby and the majority (not all) of the staff should not be working in the hospitality industry. Would not go there again and would not recommend.

Attention quand vous partez et que vous avez des frais à payer (diner, taxi, boissons) de ne rien régler sans avoir une facture détaillée. Mon père (81 ans) a réglé 500€ en cash le jour de notre départ. J'ai trouvé cela très cher. J'ai demander une facture détaillée qui est arrivée par mail plus de 15 jours après notre retour, facture de 396€ ! Ils m'ont dit qu'ils avaient une vidéo que j'attends toujours. Nous nous sommes donc fait avoir de 100€. Ne réglez donc rien sans facture détaillée !

Very nice and accommodating staff, didn't respond to requests online until arrival, nice breakfast, toilet was broken before we got there everything was provided for the bathroom, one duvet was missing.

In de avond wel iets rumoerig in de Riad maar niet een héél groot probleem. Het waren vnl de nieuwe gasten die geen rekening hielden. Op het dakterras was het heerlijk bij zonnig warm weer, super kunnen rusten van de drukte in Marrakesh. De receptie gaf ons aan dat het zeer veilig is in Marrakesh, wij 2 vriendinnen op reis in een grote stad, het was toch belangrijk om dit te weten. Het Riad personeel was direct aanwezig om een klein probleem op te lossen. Dagelijks werden de bedden verschoond, verse schone handdoeken geplaatst, prullenbak leeg en de badkamer schoon. Bedden waren prima om op te slapen! Het ontbijt volstond goed, service was uitermate goed en zeer beleefd. Zelfs onze laatste ochtend in de Riad kregen we nog om 7 uur in de ochtend een ontbijt, dat hadden wij totaal niet verwacht. De medewerker liep daarna zelfs met onze rolkoffers aan zijn hand naar de lokatie waar de taxi zou staan, echt super attent. De gereserveerde taxi, via de Riad besteld, was er op tijd! Ik ben onder de indruk en zal zeker weer Riad Amina boeken.

The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained.The staff is excellent and looks after the visitors. You need to be familiar with how to navigate the narrow streets and make your way to and from the Riad. Marrakesh is an old city and this part of it, Medina is 100's of years old. So you will find people, bikes etc in thr narrow streets. Its about 3 minutes to the taxi stand. I will repeat that the property is really nice, staff is good and overall its a good experience.

Property, staff, and service was excellent. However, the location was off the Main Street and not accessible by car.

Riad agréable dans la Médina. Hors des quartiers touristiques et très calme. Le personnel est très gentil et la piscine est un plus après une journée de marche sous le soleil marocain ! A 15 min à pied de la place jemaa El fna

El Riad tiene dos edificios, el principal es un Riad en toda regla, encantador. El segundo edificio no es un Riad, es muy ruidoso, la habitación es correcta y la limpieza muy buena. El baño pequeño. El desayuno es bueno pero poco variado, es dulce sin ofrecer otras opciones. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Security concerns plague this ill-fated location, with reports of crime and suspicious activities in the vicinity leaving guests feeling unsafe and uneasy. The lack of a visible police presence and the absence of well-lit pathways exacerbate the sense of vulnerability, making even a short walk to the nearest convenience store a nerve-wracking ordeal. I have been followed by few strange people. My recent experience at Riad Amina was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench that seemed to have taken residence in every nook and cranny of the building. The staff at the front desk were indifferent, to say the least, displaying an appalling lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was nothing short of a joke. Stale pastries, lukewarm coffee, and a limited selection of unappealing items left me with no option but to seek sustenance elsewhere. To top it all off, the attitude of the management when I attempted to address my concerns was dismissive and unapologetic. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority for them. My advice: save yourself the headache and choose an alternative accommodation option. This hotel is a nightmare waiting to happen.
