The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was very convenient to visit Macedonia Square and the other sights. It was too difficult to access their parking so we ended up in another lot but there are quite a few options available. The staff were very friendly.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El servicio del personal de recepción es muy bueno. En especial Damian, siempre con una sonrisa, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitacionoes son amplias, el desayuno es muy bueno. Tienen un pequeño gym bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Cuentan con bicicletas, que vienen muy bien si quieres moverte por la ciudad. Muy recomendable el hotel. ¡Gracias!

Be mindful of parking situation. Overall Skopje is a nightmare to find parking. There is a close by parking garage where you can safely park. Overall it wasa good stay but room was too small and pillows were uncomfortable.

Room was clean and large but had the feel of a conference room. Could have used a couple of pictures on the wall. The bathroom was modern. Shower was great! Breakfast buffet fantastic with many different offerings. Good location to tourist attractions. Parking garage only two blocks away. Elevator wasn’t working but was not an issue for us.

Overall we had a good experience at the property. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The place was clean but we had a bit of an issue with the cleanliness of the shower in the bathroom as there was a lot of grime buildup. It was cleaned after we pointed it out. There were also a lot of cobwebs in the room. Small things but for very clean people it can cause discomfort.

Great location, and delicious breakfast (both continental and Macedonian). Very friendly staff. Nice room, but the bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly (sink and corners) when you look a bit more closely. Overall very happy with the stay, and would stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful. They provided a ride from the airport in a very nice vehicle and git a taxi for me when I was going out for dinner. Check out was very fast and easy and, even though the hotel was on a busy street, the minute amount of noise was not enough to keep me from sleeping. My only negative comment is that the shower and bath tub had mold. That’s important for those with health issues however I still appreciate how accommodating the staff was at this hotel. ♥️

Staff at the front desk was very helpful. The room was pretty cozy and clean, we didn’t have to turn the AC on at all for heating although the middle of winter. Breakfast was not anything fancy but it had everything that we expected from a breakfast like eggs, cheese, olives, tomatoes, hot tea. Best thing is the location. It is just 5 min walk from Macedonia Square, central area of the town is pretty accessible. Only downside I can think of is the shower area doesn’t have a curtain, glass door or even a glass pane so it can get a little messy when you take a shower.

Alexandar II is in a great location in Skopje which is walking distance to the city center, the old bazaar and the fortress. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very helpful and organised airport pickup for us. We stayed in a non-smoking room, however you can smoke on the balcony so I found the room was still smelling of smoke a bit which was unexpected for me but not too bad.

We had a great three-day stay at Alexandar II. It is a small hotel, one of the reasons I chose it. It was clean, the staff were really good and friendly people, the breakfast was incredibly tasty and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Also, the location was fantastic, not noisy, but very close to Macedonia square and the old bazar (and also to malls if shopping is your thing), and all sorts of touristy attractions. We highly recommend Alexandar II, and definitely stay there again when we return to Skopje one day!

We highly recommend Alexandar II, and definitely stay there again when we return to Skopje one day!

The hotel staff makes this hotel a 5 staff. Croatian Airlines lost my luggage for 2 nights and they received my bag on the 3rd day. They helped me in dealing with this mini crisis and advised me where I can get some clothes and if I needed any personal items. They provided me with some complimentary toiletries as well. They also were helped in helping organize transportation to Ohrid, tours and tips around the city to see and how to get there. Their support was very comforting and what could have been very stressful few days, I was able to reframe my mind and enjoy the city.
The hotel staff makes this hotel a 5 staff. Croatian Airlines lost my luggage for 2 nights and they received my bag on the 3rd day. They were able to provide me with complimentary toiletries and direct me where I might get speciality items and cheap clothes (my luggage was missing for 2 1/2 days). I would definitely stay here again and it is a short walk to Macedonian Square, Mother Teresa museum, bus stop.

The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was very convenient to visit Macedonia Square and the other sights. It was too difficult to access their parking so we ended up in another lot but there are quite a few options available. The staff were very friendly.

Staff at the front desk was very helpful. The room was pretty cozy and clean, we didn’t have to turn the AC on at all for heating although the middle of winter. Breakfast was not anything fancy but it had everything that we expected from a breakfast like eggs, cheese, olives, tomatoes, hot tea. Best thing is the location. It is just 5 min walk from Macedonia Square, central area of the town is pretty accessible. Only downside I can think of is the shower area doesn’t have a curtain, glass door or even a glass pane so it can get a little messy when you take a shower.

3kişi aile olarak kaldık, oda gayet temiz, ihtiyacımız olan herşey mevcuttu. Oda sıcaklığı çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü yardım severdi. Sabah açılbüfe kahvaltı gayet yeterli çeşitler vardı. Türk olarak uygun ürünler mevcuttu. Meydana çok yakın konumda olduğundan çok rahat ettik. Tekrar gelmiş olursak tekrar aynı otelde kalmayı düşünürüz.gelecek olanlar tavsiye ederim. We had a great three-day stay at Alexandar II. It is a small hotel, one of the reasons I chose it. It was clean, the staff were really good and friendly people, the breakfast was incredibly tasty and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. Also, the location was fantastic, not noisy, but very close to Macedonia square and the old bazar (and also to malls if shopping is your thing), and all sorts of touristy attractions. We highly recommend Alexandar II, and definitely stay there again when we return to Skopje one day!

Room was clean and large but had the feel of a conference room. Could have used a couple of pictures on the wall. The bathroom was modern. Shower was great! Breakfast buffet fantastic with many different offerings. Good location to tourist attractions. Parking garage only two blocks away. Elevator wasn’t working but was not an issue for us.
