Very good hotel, simple, clean, very conveniently located, a very good place to stay. Their star rating is very adequate. I will book again.

Posizione un po' decentrata rispetto al centro storico raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata abbastanza lunga. Buffet colazione molto piccolo e solo salato. Le pulizie delle camere vengono effettuate solo se richieste alla reception e sono molto approssimative. Diciamo che l'hotel sotto molti aspetti potrebbe migliorare.

I was a little confused at check-in because the staff spoke only little English. Also, there were a few ants and stains on the bed. But the location was very good.

Frukosten var betydligt sämre än andra hotell i samma prisklass i Warszawa. Det är inte min första resa till Warszawa så jag kan avgöra skillnaden.. städningen på rummen glömdes bort. Laminatgolvet på rummet var riktigt slitet, skulle kunna vara vattenskadat då det rest sig i skarvarna. Fönsterna var tunna så det var högt ljud inne i rummet. När vi bad om en varsin nyckel så var extranyckeln bortkastad. Badrummet luktade mögel plus att badrumsmunstycket var trasigt.

Our room even had an excellent view of the Palace of Culture and Science. The room itself was spacious and clean. We did not see an air conditioning system in the room, but the windows opened and we were able to get cool, fresh air that way. Staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English. We really recommend this hotel, and would stay here again on future visits.

I needed a hotel room for 1 night close to Warsaw Centralna and Warsaw Śródmieście as I was arriving from Krakow by train and leaving from Warsaw Chopin Airport early the next morning (and the airport train leaves from Warsaw Śródmieście). This hotel fit the bill - an easy flat walk from both stations, close to places to get a quick dinner, and with 24 hour reception. The room had a lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Science, great natural light and a window that opened for fresh air. Excellent hot water. Two points to note - while the hotel has an elevator, the landings are between the floors, so you need to either carry your suitcase up or down a half flight of stairs even if you use the elevator. Further, the refrigerator in my room was very noisy (I think it was the ice in the freezer cracking during the defrosting cycle) which caused some disturbed sleep - probably solvable with ear plugs but with my early start I was worried about sleeping through my alarm so didn't wear ear plugs and was woken up repeatedly by the loud cracking sounds. Nevertheless, great location and great value for money.

Mit ophold på 4 dage var noget blandet. Værelset og badeværelset var fint, men der var meget larm fra nabo-værelser. Personalet var flinke, men morgenmaden meget ringe.

A brilliant hotel just near the city centre. I even had a view of the Palace of Culture from my room. The room was spacious and well laid out and the property was quiet. Breakfast was included in the price and there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is well placed for access to public transport and there are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. I'd definitely stay again and rate this property very highly.

About as basic as you can get. If you book, DO NOT accept a room on the first floor. This was a Friday night and there is a restaurant below. The music was thumping and loud until about midnight. Overall, it was a basic hotel.

Salve! L'albergo ha una buona località, ci è capitato una settimana di lavori in corso sulla strada, inclusa una giornata di mancanza di acqua, quindi spero per chi ci andrai di avere piu silenzio e nessuna interruzzione di fornitura acqua. Il personale è gentile.

This hotel is good value for money breakfast great for £5.00 nice ladies in breakfast room . i will definately stay there again .

The property is conveniently located, and is a few steps way from the Palace of Culture and Science and from public transport. Buffet breakfast is excellent, and staff are welcoming and helpful. I recommend it.

This is a fairly good place. Nothing flash, and breakfast is pretty basic, but it’s quite adequate, the room was spacious, and it was close to the main train station. Long walk to the old town and its attractions, but that was fine for me.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel which is an excellent place and is centrally situated and close to public transport. The surrounding area has some nice coffe shops and is quiet and safe.

古い建物で歴史を感じさせます。ホテルのキーはアナログの鍵。冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、電気ケトルあり。アメニティはシャンプーとボディシャンプーが同じになったボトル形式。泡立ち悪いので気になる方は持っていくように。歯ブラシはついてません。朝食は７時からバイキング形式ですが、期待しない方が良いです。ワルシャワ空港からはS2の電車が便利です。切符を買ったら電車内で必ず打刻を忘れずに。ワルシャワ旧市街へは歩いても行けますが、MRTが便利です。

The property is conveniently located, and is a few steps way from the Palace of Culture and Science and from public transport. Buffet breakfast is excellent, and staff are welcoming and helpful. I recommend it.

Very central, and close to public transport. Breakfast was good and a variety of choices. You live in the city centre!

Good value and location. Pillow was way too small though. Free breakfast added bonus.
