Very difficult to get in to the property; there are two sites so staff might be at the other site. On the door it gave a phone number if no one answered the door, but that person was not helpful and told us to knock on the door - as if we hadn't done that for ages!; eventually another person turned up and told us we should have phoned the number. Really not good enough!! Otherwise once inside it is quite a nice place and I was very glad the window actually opens properly to get some fresh air - quite unusual in London hotels.

Great option for solo traveler, checks all the London boxes: bed, desk, shower and kettle. Staff is helpful, stairs to your room and new towels on request. Solid value option

Great location. Tired hotel. No amenities, but towels were clean and plentiful. Staff is friendly. Bed was comfortable.
