Appartement cosy & neuf Le Marais/Place des Vosges

Très bien placé. Belles prestations. Bonne literie.Canapé très inconfortable en position banquette (si on ne s'assoit pas complètement au fond on tombe par terre)Nous avons réclamé des torchons à vaisselle, on nous a répondu qu'on pouvait s'en procurer an siège, rue d'Aboukir, pas tout près de l'appartement !)Pas de lave-vaisselle (mais pas de place pour en mettre un)Location disponible qu'à partir de 16 heures, c'est un peu tard !Un peu mesquin de proposer une prolongation de quelques heures moyennant un surplus de prix !....

Apparemment très pratique, calme et surtout accessible, avec des restaurants à proximité.

Property was good value for the cost but lacked the feeling of home or hotel. The sofa, bed, pillows and linens were terribly uncomfortable. The space lacks the details desired in a home stay. For example the soap and shampoo was very poor quality, the silverware was barely usable. The television enabled me to project from my phone- this was a good feature. The saving grace for this property is its location and price- however probably not suitable for a stay longer than a long weekend- my week long stay was just too long given the lack of quality.

The neighborhood was not what we expected, but no fault of staff.Drapes were partially hanging off the rod and not fixed. Toilet was filthy inside, the outside was okay but the bottom was almost black and disgusting. The seat was not the appropriate size. The lighting by the front door and into courtyard was really limited at night. Very darkThe apartment fit our needs but was not up to par. The kitchen was clean and the rest of the apartment except for bathroom. Thank you for great communication along the way. It was appreciated.

This apartment is in a safe, walkable location near many cafes and shopping. Spacious for the price and clean. It got a little warm in July, but provides fans helped. Set up with loft bedroom upstairs made it feel spacious.
