I booked a room with two single bed and fully paid for it , once I got to the hotel with my son they wanted to change me extra 50 R for the second bed in the room . I had no choice but to pay but that should have been mentioned at the time of online booking not when you show up at the hotel .

First time at this ibis location but long time ibis guest. This location must be brand new because it was impeccable and smelled great. Everything I came to expect from ibis and that’s why I always come back. 5 stars.
