The property is beautiful and newly renovated. Surrounded by olive trees and tuscan hills. The stay was very pleasant and the staff is very friendly. However, the management needs to improve two things. Firstly, the hotel is extremely understaffed. This means you wait for everything (e.g. I waited for a pool towel for 40 min). Even though the staff is very engaged they simply don’t have the manpower to attend to all guests. Secondly, the agressive in-hotel pricing policy makes for an unpleasant element. The hotel asks to be paid 20 eur for an avocado toast for breakfast, which is unacceptable. An espresso costs 5 eur or a bottle of water by the pool costs 7 eur. Comparing these prices to hotels/restaurants etc. in Tuscany makes you wonder why is this hotel so expensive.

The grounds are beautiful, and our room was so nice. The bathroom is huge, which was a great bonus. We had lunch by the pool and dinner at the restaurant, and both meals were excellent. The food is great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot if you want to relax without ever having to leave the resort. It's ideal for a weekend getaway and is only about a two-hour drive from Rome. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Helt nytt/nyåpning. Veldig hyggelige ansatte på alle nivå som bare ville gjøre sitt beste. Tok imot tilbakemeldinger og løste ting fort. God mat på restaurant og veldig flott frokost!! Bassengområdet nydelig, solsenger med tykke madrasser, det liker vi. Vi testet ikke spaet, men fikk omvisning og det var veldig flott. Eneste minus for oss var at vi savnet kaffemaskin på rommet og at nettet var litt ustabilt.

🇬🇧 English Chapter Hills is a beautiful property that clearly aims to offer a refined and sophisticated Tuscan experience. The rooms are full of character, staying true to the charm of traditional Tuscan stone buildings, with lovely architectural details and a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the stay. The real highlight, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued from arrival to departure. Unfortunately, the pricing does not reflect the overall experience. The hotel charges rates comparable to a luxury five-star property, but the facilities and services do not consistently reach that standard. The spa pricing is particularly difficult to justify, with a basic facial treatment starting at €220, which feels excessive. Food and drinks are also significantly overpriced, and while the presentation is good, the quality does not match the premium prices being charged. Overall, Chapter Hills is a charming place with wonderful staff and authentic Tuscan character.
