Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Bed linen and towels are included – we're just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 27 m² air-conditioned living area with a TV lounge area featuring a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a pod coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and hobs... - An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage space - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a plancha, an ice cube maker and an air fryer. Baby equipment (high chair, cot) is available on request at an additional cost from the concierge service. Outdoors: - A 7.4 m² north-facing terrace with a table and chairs. - A heated, shared swimming pool (8m x 20) within the residence, accessible via access card from May to September.
