Ótimo! Facilidade e hotel moderno!

Muy buena experiencia. Las habitaciones geniales, las chicas de recepción muy majas, el ambiente híbrido de residencia de estudiantes + hotel está muy bien conseguido y le da un toque guay al alojamiento. Está situado fenomenal, a un buen paseo del centro y al ladito de la estación de buses y trenes. Felicidades por gestionar este lugar tan bien como lo hacéis!

İki tane tek yataklı bir oda ayırmamıza rağmen tek çift yataklı oda verildi. İtiraz edince odamız değiştirildi. Daha sonra verildikten sonra banyo lavabosu tıkanmıştı, lavabodan su direnci olmuyordu. çıkarmamıza söylememize rağmen lavaboya müdahale edilmedi. Ayrıca resepsiyona lavodqki problemi anlatmak için beklerken benimle ilgilenmeyip kendi aralarında şakalaşıp görüşüyorlardı yani resepsiyon personeli kesinlikle profesyonel değil. Uzun lafın kısası burası bir otel değil sadece bir öğrenci yurdu! Although we had booked a room with two single beds (twin bed room), we were given a room with a double bed. Our room was changed after we objected. Later, we found the bathroom sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain; despite us reporting the issue, nothing was done to fix it. Furthermore, while I was waiting to explain the sink problem to the reception staff, they ignored me and spent their time joking and chatting amongst themselves—the reception staff is definitely unprofessional. Overall it isn't a hotel; it's just a student dormitory!

Some hair found in the shower otherwise ok, laundry room was dirty tho shall be clean more often. Staff were very friendly

Great location, right next to the bus station. Good size rooms. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
