Single-story terraced house adapted for people with disabilities: Living room with a 160cm sofa bed for two and smart TV, Bedroom with a 160 x 200cm double bed, Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Small private garden. Shared swimming pool (9.5 x 4m and 1.40m deep) heated from late May to mid-September, with a removable cover: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and beyond depending on availability. Covered outdoor spa available for an additional fee: €15 per day per person (children under 18 not allowed in the spa). Shared laundry facilities. €60 per additional person (maximum 2 additional people). Dogs accepted on request (maximum 10kg, €20 supplement per day, maximum 1 animal).
