Please be mindful—avoid running multiple devices at once. In rare cases, a backup generator is available.Cooking: No indoor cooking. Use the BBQ (propane provided) or its side burner for pots and pans provided and or the firepit for meals. A Toaster Oven is inside the Tiny House.WiFi & Cell Service: Wi-Fi is available for messaging/calls (Whats App, FaceTime). Cell service is limited, especially with Rogers, Telus, and Fido.Access: The road is unpaved. May be muddy. Drive slowly and carefully. We recommend 4x4 in winter but have parking available at the front of the property as well.Surroundings: Other cabins may be on the property, but each is designed with privacy in mind. Your space is yours alone.Please DO NOT wander off the property path, especially onto neighbouring properties or other tiny homes (other than the one you booked).Winter Notice: In colder months, there may be a chance of water freezing. We'll do our best to manage this and keep you informed.Liability Waiver: All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to arrival.
