The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and consists of a balcony, a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area a bit outside of the center. Since it is very well connected by public transport, you can reach all hotspots easily and fast. THE PRICE IS FOR TWO TENANTS. A 3RD OR 4TH TENANT ARE € 600,— EXTRA PER MONTH EACH. Please be aware that your reservation will not be concluded with me, but with the respective owners of the apartments. The cleaning fee will be charged by me directly.
