The room was nice with good amenities. However, the window shade did not completely cover the window and there were no curtains. The security light outside lit up the room all night as well as being able to see people walking by the window.

Drove 3 hours with a reservation to desoto speedway after qualification went to the hotel to check in to be told that we didn't have a reservation because they were overbooked! I'm sorry that's not my issue I had a reservation and because mine was through hotels.com you all chose to sell my room to someone else. I had to then drive 3 hours back at 10:30 at night and get up at 5 Sunday morning after not getting home till 1:00 in the morning to turn around and go back to desoto speedway for 10:00

The staff overall is always great and the front desk staff of sara,Charles, Melissa,and chica are amazing.The housekeeper is very mean and aggressive.She was told by Melissa that I was getting a late check out yet she came banging on my door twice when she was told I had a late checkout.I understand that her English is not well but there's no reason for her to do that when she knew I had a late checkout.Other than that it was a great stay as always

Rough place, definitely doesn’t deserve a “very good” rating. Drugie in the lobby, non working bathroom sink, no soap anywhere to be found. Would not stay here again.
