Large Living-Dining Room: A welcoming space with a warm atmosphere, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a pellet stove for cozy evenings outside of peak season. Villa Torcal 1 offers: Private Swimming Pool: Perfect for cooling off under the Spanish sun. Pool Heating (optional): The pool can be heated upon request, available from April 1st to November 15th. (Cost: €190 per week). Two Large Terraces: Ideal for sunbathing or al fresco dining. Large Barbecue: Prepare delicious grilled meals for your evenings. Private Parking: Secure space for up to 3 cars. A 5-minute drive away: Discover Comares, the Moorish village known as the "Nest of the Axarquía," renowned for its spectacular views and authentic charm. Beach: The Torre del Mar coastline is just a 30-minute drive away. City: The historic city of Malaga and its airport are approximately 40 minutes away. Practical Information and Booking Conditions We want to be transparent about the conditions of your stay: A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival (payment by card), refundable 7 days after your departure, provided no damage has been found. Air conditioning is included in the rooms only. A flat rate of €30 per week is included upon arrival. Beyond this flat rate, you will pay for your usage (average cost: €1 per hour of use). Pets: One medium-sized pet is accepted with prior agreement from us. A fee of €50 per pet applies. Long-Term Rentals: For stays longer than 28 days, electricity costs are charged separately at a rate of €0.35/kWh. Minimum Age: Please note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
