i saw on wotif website plus another that there was a lift at this property and on arrival i was assured there never has been a lift as i have mobility problems i was horrified to be given a 2nd floor room asked to be moved to ground floor room but none was available i struggled each time going up and down stairs the only good aspect that the receptionist did take my case up the stars and a fellow visitor took my case down when i left i have to say i will never stay here again

We stayed in the 2 bedroom basic apartment and it was perfect for my family and I. It was very spacious and the beds were very comfy. I loved the fact that our room was serviced and we had clean towels and our beds were made when we got back from our day out. The only 3 things i did not like- Parking was very limited and there was not a lot of room to park and space to move your vehicle around. The pool was disgusting and smelt like stale cigarets. Our shower leaked really badly leaving water to leak all over the floor. Just a little bit of silicon would fix the problem. But i would recommend it for a family if these problems were fixed.

Property was good & staff were exceptional, very helpful Parking was difficult when we got back the night of our stay, not sure if it’s one park for every room but there were only 2 parks left when we got back & they were well away from our unit. The room was large & it was quiet. We would stay again.

Even though we were on Main road, traffic noise was not an issue. Lovely clean facilities. Would have loved a swim, but pool was not heated. Very friendly staff.

The room 1100 had no air ventilation in the bathroom. Ventilation fan not working leading to significant humidity and mildew. Many drain flies were also spotted coming from the drainage. Spider webs on ceiling. And no vacuum under the bed. Cleanliness was poor but every thing else ok.

Bed was comfortable but daily room service was hit and miss. Missing towels. The biggest shock was we came back one day to find our room door left unlocked and door opened slightly. For two days our room stunk due to the drains at one stage we were just about to ask to move rooms. On the final night it was ok. After all it only cost about 100 a night and i think the owner can do better as the motel has potential

Motel was centrally located which I like it. We arrived at the place in the afternoon and excited but when we entered inside the room, started headache and fell sick due to unpleasant smell from Carpet or room? I made request to change room which staff agreed. other room was slightly better, less smelly. We had to leave the door open for sometime, sprayed the room with disinfectant. Did not wanted to make more fuss so Used that room for 2 nights.

On pulling back the bedding in room 119 a pair of BRA’s fell on the floor, which left us to wonder if the bedding had been changed since the last customer. Having complained to the duty receptionist he moved us to room 114 which was clean and tidy apart from the toilet having a thick black mark under the toilet rim,

Overall needs improvement: patchy repair paint work, split light switch held together with tape, mould on bathroom grouting and lamp lights not working. My booking was missed and receptionist had to search to find it, luckily a room (substandard) was available.

Good location, friendly staff but everything is very old and outdated. Needs to be refurbished. Prices were high for what you get but I think that’s because there was not much available due to the car racing on in Adelaide for the weekend.

Although our room was clean and comfortable, unfortunately the cleaner had left a previous occupiers towel behind the door, and rubbish in the bin. Otherwise very happy with room and price. Friendly & convenient (after hours) check in.

This is one of the most convenient places we have stayed. The receptionist on arrival was lovely and helpful. Facilities are great and location is perfect for everything you need to do or go to and from. Always enjoy our stay when we are here.

It’s everything you would expect out of a drive in hotel. Everything is clean modern enough and reasonbly priced with Aldi next door and a bakery across the road that does good food and coffee. It’s on a busy main road but it’s not noisy at all. Reception was really helpful and accommodating. Only mark I can mention is it’s a bit far from everything. But price is considerate of that. Great place for travel on a budget 👍

I liked my room, spacious, reasonably well equipped clean and quiet. The Staff were helpful and it was close to a supermarket and Burnside Village. I enjoyed the stay at a very reasonable price.

This is one of the most convenient places we have stayed. The receptionist on arrival was lovely and helpful. Facilities are great and location is perfect for everything you need to do or go to and from. Always enjoy our stay when we are here.

Tired needs a good renovation and clean Water went all over bathroom floor, bathroom door didn't shut properly, light/fan very loud and fan didn't really do anything. Cannot open a window in unit for fresh air. Would of opened door to hallway but all we could smell was cigarette smoke and there was a party going on Checked in late, check in went smooth enough.

Definitely needs some updating with the checking in and booking efficiently via the front end management team on site. The problem was rectified as quickly as possible, but could have easily been avoided.

First room they provided me, which I had previously stayed in before had the same broken table in it which hadn’t been repaired even after reporting it on my last stay. They then moved me into another room and found a lot of mould in the shower. They did clean it eventually but then it was hard to enter the room after cleaning due to the amount of bleach used. Very hard to breathe afterwards.

Quiet being next to a main road. Close walk to Burnside upgraded, renovated large shopping complex. Has many high profile new shops eg Tiffany, Zara, Country Road, Lorna Jane and many more plus Coles and few Coffee/eating areas. Free, large underground car parking 🅿️. The property Granada, has many kitchen items, crockery, cutlery, microwave and free car parks near your room. Staff helpful and assistance as required. Nil negatives. Thankyou
