Estuve en una habitación junior suite con vistas a la playa y todas las salidas a la terraza estaban rotas las puertas,se descolgaban.La falta de mantenimiento brillaba por su ausencia. Eso sí, las vistas son espectaculares. El momento del desayuno un desastre, el salón tiene mesas enormes redondas, para 6-8 comensales, lo que hizo que tuvieramos que esperar a que quedaran libres para poder desayunar, ya que con mesas tan grandes ocupaban mucho espacio, siendo insuficientes para todos y las cuales sólo estaban ocupadas por 2-3 o como mucho 4 personas. La tostadora sin comentarios.... la reposición escasa. Habia sólo dos camareros para apuntar el número de habitación, limpiar mesas, poner servicio nuevo, reponer productos, arreglar tostadora.... en las garras de los zumos naturales encontramos dos dias unos bichitos con alas. La falta de simpatía por parte de uno de los recepcionistas, nos explicó las cosas a nuestra llegada como un robot,muy deprisa, serio y una simple sonrisa. Como punto positivo la ubicación del hotel, la piscina y sus vistas.

Awesome views, awesome rooms, breakfest is amazing, plenty of parking, 5 min drive to downtown with plenty of restaurants. Awesome hikes nearby. Would stay again.

No aceptes quedarte en una habitación del hotel del área antigua, las habitaciones parecían de los 7 enanos de Blanca Nieves, todo pequeñito. El precio fue altísimo, y no servía el wifi, ni el clima, además ni café, ni parking de cortesía, a pesar del alto costo de la habitación. Hay solo un elevador, muy pequeño, y si estás en el piso 1 o 2 y quieres bajar tu equipaje, mejor usar las es aletas porque el elevador siempre llega ocupado. En verdad me puso de muy mal humor lo que recibí de habitación, contra el precio que pagué. Fatal. La gente muy amable, y la cocina del restaurante muy buena, eso sí lo reconozco!

El hotel tiene una parte nueva y otra que es una antigua casona señorial. Esta zona puede que a alguien le guste pero para nosotros es un poco rancia, Nos dieron una habitación en el segundo piso de la casona donde no llega el ascensor, hay que subir por escaleras (no nos dijeron nada en la reserva). Tuvimos que bajar varias veces, una porque las tarjetas llave no abrían, otras dos porque la ducha no funcionaba. La habitación normal, muy tranquila y buenas vistas.

Solid location about 15 minutes walk from center. The bed was a tad soft for us and the lack of air conditioning made it feel more humid with all the rains. The WiFi was also very spotty. At times, it didn’t work at all in our room. The breakfast was standard but could use a vegetable or two. The staff was professional and polite.

DECEPCION. Habitacion basica,enfrente de la piscina no tienen Wi-Fi, y lo comunicas a recepcion y no tedan ninguna solucion,ni compensacion a la hora de pagar. Cada año me desplazo a esta localidad,y nunca habia recibido un trato semejante,pero bueno conozco mas hoteles con mejor trato.

After finishing Camino de Santiago, i embarked on trip to Asturias, Cantabria and the Basque Country. This was the best hotel I stayed on. The room with the beautiful view, very comfortable bed, food and last but not least the hotel reception area personnel, Eva, Gonzalo and Andrea were totally awesome!! Helped me with directions, restaurants, sightseeing tips, etc. Looking forward to go back!!

Solid location about 15 minutes walk from center. The bed was a tad soft for us and the lack of air conditioning made it feel more humid with all the rains. The WiFi was also very spotty. At times, it didn’t work at all in our room. The breakfast was standard but could use a vegetable or two. The staff was professional and polite.

Posizione eccezionale sul lungomare con una vista mozzafiato sul mare; il centro città si trova sull'altro lato del fiume e a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi. Molti apprezzano l'ambiente tranquillo e pittoresco e il facile accesso al lungomare e alla spiaggia.

Ein Glück, wenn man als Hotelbesitzer so einen Standort am langen Strand, aber auch nicht weit zur Stadt bekommen hat. Kundenorientierung wird groß geschrieben und überall gelebt. Hat man ein Zimmer zur Meerseite, kann man den Strand, die Sonnenuntergänge und die Gezeiten bestens genießen. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal getestet. Nun ja, es ist genug zu essen da, aber halt im spanischen Stil.

Ein Glück, wenn man als Hotelbesitzer so einen Standort am langen Strand, aber auch nicht weit zur Stadt bekommen hat. Kundenorientierung wird groß geschrieben und überall gelebt. Estuve en una habitación junior suite con vistas a la playa y todas las salidas a la terraza estaban rotas las puertas,se descolgaban.La falta de mantenimiento brillaba por su ausencia. Eso sí, las vistas son espectaculares. El momento del desayuno un desastre, el salón tiene mesas enormes redondas, para 6-8 comensales, lo que hizo que tuvieramos que esperar a que quedaran libres para poder desayunar, ya que con mesas tan grandes ocupaban mucho espacio, siendo insuficientes para todos y las cuales sólo estaban ocupadas por 2-3 o como mucho 4 personas. La tostadora sin comentarios.... la reposición escasa. Habia sólo dos camareros para apuntar el número de habitación, limpiar mesas, poner servicio nuevo, reponer productos, arreglar tostadora.... en las garras de los zumos naturales encontramos dos dias unos bichitos con alas. La falta de simpatía por parte de uno de los recepcionistas, nos explicó las cosas a nuestra llegada como un robot,muy deprisa, serio y una simple sonrisa. Como punto positivo la ubicación del hotel, la piscina y sus vistas.

Well no one piece of paper telling us anything about hotel facilities so no idea if there were any except the obvious swimming pool which clearly needed to have leaves etc scooped off it. No menu for the di ing room so no idea what they offered so we went out every evening and dined in the town. Nothing available telling us what tourist facilities were in the town like boat trips, visits to the Picos. Breakfast offering dull and repetitive,only warm items every day were dried out scrambled egg, bacon either baked to a crisp or hardly cooked and salchichas . Cold items like lomo or ham did not look fresh. Staff spent most of the time chatting to each other down one end of the room. No manager or maitre d running things or directing replenishment. Large box of teabags with coloured tags but nothing identifying what each flavour each colour represented. Tea could only be made in cups and the milk was three metres away. Why not have a pancake maker in the room making to order, we had delicious freshly made ones at much simpler places along the coast. Man sitting on a chair outside the front door, no assistance offered with bags either going in our out and he sat about 1 metre away from a discarded coffee item in a metre high flower bed. Did not feel that the hotel made the best use of their lovely setting and building, why not showcase the lovely old part and give the staff a shake up before the season starts, there are other hotels in town!
