Beautiful place with a huge yard that is totally dog safe. The neighborhood is very quiet and people we met were very friendly. The river is just a short pleasant walk with easy access. The TVs and ACs are great. Hot tub and deck are very comfortable. It would be great for a family of 6 or even 3 couples. Easy check in and out. Thanks!

Had a great time! The house was very clean and comfortable. Loved the yard and hot tub. Close to everything!

Very clean home and well equipped. Quiet, good location especially since we were very close to other family members in their rental properties for a redwood wedding. Check in process clear and concise. Didn't get chance to use the hot tub but it was clean and ready to use and with provided hot tub towels. Plenty of space and chairs outside for the whole group to sit, lounge and compete with cornhole. Host very responsive with general questions etc and open to receiving a delayed UPS delivery after we left.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
