Run down property. Window frame shakes and rattles in the wind. It's functional and does the job, but not worth the asking price. If it had been at least RM50 cheaper would still be acceptable. In dire need of refurbishment.

Close to my meetings as i was there for business. No food nearby (walking distance). Old building could use some reno.

Bedsheets and pillow cases are stained - - obvious yellow stains can be seen on bedsheets, and the pillow cases are of greyish and with pen ink. Worst thing is that the toilet gets flooded after shower! Towels are old, same as the room. Hair dryer is only available upon request. Not worth the price I paid for the room. Very disappointing. Definitely won't come back!

The building is tuning down. Needs upgrading.
