Pool area has probably searing for 200 but only 5 sun/shade umbrellas all of which are at eating style tables near towel reception. No shade from hot tropical sun and guests pulling chairs to try and get a bit of shade from . Needs at least 20 umbrellas distributed around thethe lounge chairs just as you would find at every other tropical hotel pool. Spoiled what could have been avrelaxing day at rhe pool.

The Starbucks located in 1st floor and it opens from 5:30 am! Very close to shopping area and some restaurants/food court, you can jog in Ala Moana Beach park. It's really nice, convenient and able to relax location for me.

This Ala Moana Hotel is just a block away from Ala Moana Shopping Center. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, a Starbucks, a restaurant, a good breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly. It’s not really walking distance to Waikiki… No shuttle to airport. Uber to airport is $25-$30, Taxi $45.

This hotel is literally attached to Ala Moana center so very convenient for dining, shopping etc. it’s a bit out of Waikiki so a tad less busy. The hotel feels like it needs a bit of a facelift as some areas looking pretty dated. Dining choices definitely limited on site with only a buffet breakfast available and some facilities closed at certain times etc. overall a good value for the money in pricey Honolulu.

Stayed for 4 night's on a very good black Friday deal via Trip Advisor. Centrally located near the Ala Moana mall with access via a skybridge through the Macy's parking lot, with many eateries & stores. Rooms were on the small size, but a comfortable mattress. Had to request additional pillows (none in closet or additional blankets) since they were on the small size. Large size chair serves as a pull out single mattress. Fridge, coffee maker & microwave included. Pool & fitness room access on 4th floor via Kona Tower or 3rd floor via the Waikiki tower. Free pool & beach towels, as well as free covered cabanas too. A free map would've helped to navigate to/from Skybridge. Lobby chairs & sofa were too soft, which made it difficult to rise. Water bottle filler near elevators is an added amenity. View from the 36th floor of the Waikiki tower is breathtaking. Walking distance to the Magic Island park. Fifteen minute walk to Walmart & Sam's Club. Friendly & courteous staff. Several times calling front desk resulted in automatic disconnections.

It's a huge hotel across from Ala Moana Beach. Our room was supertiny, with partial ocean view. The pool area is nice, but there is no any food or drinks are allowed, and no pool bar is there. Convenient location next to the shopping mall with plenty of food choices.

The room was pretty accurate to the picture on the site. The pool area was actually way nicer than what was pictured so that was great. There is a sky bridge that takes you to the Ala Moana Center Mall which turned out to be a wonderful bonus! Breakfast at Cafe 410 was alright but we preferred going to the Liliha Bakery at the mall. Service was better and the food was AMAZING! I can’t say there was anything exceptional with the service from the hotel staff but overall, a nice stay and reasonably priced for the location.

Check-in was frustrating — the manager made us wait a long time while they fixed paperwork issues on their end. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and resolved everything quickly without me even having to ask. That’s why I always book with them. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the mall, which was super convenient with a toddler. We also appreciated the buffet and on-site convenience store. Just be aware that parking is pricey — about $40 per night.

大変便利です。ピンクラインを使ってワイキキ周辺にも行けますが、混雑して満員のバスに乗車することも多い中、アラモアナで買い物や食事関係を済ませて、またウインドショッピングを満喫してホテルに自分のタイミングで戻れることはストレスがかなり減ります。 電子レンジがあることや、冷蔵庫が大きめでよかったです。 ジムやプールも満喫しました。ゆっくりのんびりで満喫しました。リゾート費が無く、是非次回も宿泊したいです。

When I asked why, she said because it’s her decision. SMH. Showed her coworkers and they were shocked and embarrassed by what happened

The hotel is okay. I would consider it for business travel but for a holiday there are many other nicer locations closer to walkable, fun areas (eg Waikiki). We encountered a bed bug in our room and immediately reported it to the manager. We wanted to check out and move to another hotel for our remaining two nights but the hotel would not refund as we booked through Expedia. They moved our room and cleaned our clothing which was appreciated, however not a satisfactory resolution. I’ve been awaiting a response from the manager and Expedia for over a week now on the status of the refund. Lesson learned regarding booking through third party sites.

Pro: location, parking garage, soft bed and clean linen and quiet stay if you're on the higher floor. I was on the 21 floor during my stay and it was a peaceful stay. Con: dated hotel that need to be renovated. The room was dated and bathroom smelled moldy. There were fingerprints on the suite door and sliding glass door. The counter, side table and tv remote was dirty when I wiped it with a wet wipe it came away brown. There are stains on chair cushions and the walls. I will not be staying here again. It's disappointing to see the cleaning quality has dropped so drastically after the pandemic.

The room was clean and better than we expected. A great view and we got to enjoy the fireworks show which was welcomed surprise! We enjoyed being able to walk to the mall which was so convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The room is extreme poorly maintained. It smell of mold, the fixtures are broken and there is almost no water pressure at the shower . Defensively NOT worth $250 a night! Find a different facility!

We LOVED everything about this property!!we were in town to see our daughter who lives in Honolulu. We were on the 31st floor with a great view of the city and the ocean. Our room was clean and quiet. Sitting on the lanai each morning and evening was just lovely. The pool area is clean and quiet and has comfortable cabanas for relaxing. We could walk to Ala Moana beach area, and the nearby Ala Moana mall was convenient for food, shopping, and has a Target to grab incidentals. We were in the Waikīkī tower. The Starbucks is conveniently located in the lobby. We grabbed coffee each morning and walked around Ala Moana and Waikiki. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! While self parking is 39.00 a night, it’s the same as every other hotel in the area.

The room was very outdated and not so clean the bed had 2 pillows that was like so worn out it was flat when you lay on it. There was a pullout chair that was so dirty from being used it looked like it doesn't belong in there no bags for your dirty laundry no ice machine on the floor it felt like it was a waste of money I must say that the Valet crew had the best service overall.

Large room with a comfortable bed. I was put in the Kona Tower/city view which overlooks the loading dock, so sometimes there was noise in the middle of the night from the trucks backing in to offload supplies.

I booked this hotel for my sister. She was there for an international medical convention and this hotel was the closest! She couldn't stop raving about it! She could walk to the convention center in a 5-min walk. The place was clean and service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!

Pros -lobby, pool, weight room -Starbucks on site -close to shopping & conference centre -staff were friendly Cons -noisy - room was behind elevators, up to 50dB all night long from elevators moving up and down. Complained about it but they couldn’t move us. Stay away from any room ending in ‘01’ regardless of floor. -communication - everything was through email, they were relatively quick to respond unless it was something they couldn’t solve like moving us to a different room because of the noise, in that case they didn’t respond until the next day -no hot tub

The views are beautiful from all the rooms. The suite is spacious. It was nice to have three full bathrooms. The beach chairs helped us out. The location is great. The downside was that the suite was not clean. All the corners around the floors and the baseboards had accumulated dirt and dust. The same was seen behind the doors and appliances as well as under the beds. We wanted to get a cleaning of the unit but were told it will cost almost $400.

This is a wonderfully located hotel, right next to the Ala Moana shopping center. The pricing (room and parking) is on par with other Hawaii hotels. The hotel rooms are clean, but a little on the smaller side. The room that we were in look like it was remodeled, as there was no black mold in the bath area.

We went to check in a little early & was told that this was a privately owned room. We were not allowed to check in till 3 pm. We waited. Then while checking in, we were told of ALL these added fees that were being applied. What a disappointment and very frustrating way to start our vacation. We couldn’t cxl the reservations because of more added another fees. Finally get our keys. Go to the bathroom, there is a big hair ball by the shower, the towel had moldly yellow brown & black stains on them. I tried to message & call the contact info numerous times. The number didn’t work & chat/msg told me someone will contact me with a few days. No one contacted us. Never got any new towels or any service. We left early and no response still. Very disappointed and appalled. Ala Moana Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because it was privately own. The staff has encountered too many complaints time & time again & would not like to endure that experience for the guests but there’s nothing they can do. Having privately owned rooms in a Hotel such as Ala Moana doesn’t make any scene.

The staff has encountered too many complaints time & time again & would not like to endure that experience for the guests but there’s nothing they can do. Having privately owned rooms in a Hotel such as Ala Moana doesn’t make any scene.

Great property to stay at. We stayed in the Kona tower but I think the Waikiki tower would have been better. Rooms were a bit small and bathroom outdated but very clean. Overall the hotel was clean and in a convenient area of Ala Moana and walking distance to Waikiki. Staff very pleasant although when we checked in I asked for an upgrade as it was my husband and I 30th wedding anniversary , we were informed it wasn’t possible as they were overbooked. Swimming pool could do with an upgrade as it wasn’t very resort like. But I would definitely consider staying there again. Highly recommend happy hour at the Signature Steakhouse , awesome food and service but avoid the Pint and Jigger. Food ok and over priced.

PROS: Good lobby staff and conceier, room lighting,Accent shop, fast elevator, easy access to Ala Moana Center, microwave and refrig., CONS: Fast room service, but did not provide what we asked for. Room service cleaning not consistant not providing enough towels, towet paper, kleenex, did not clean cups, ANTS, small bars of soap, no exhaust fan in bathroom, need more pillows,spare blanklet and shower soap is hard to rinse off using a lot of water.

Check-in was frustrating — the manager made us wait a long time while they fixed paperwork issues on their end. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and resolved everything quickly without me even having to ask. That’s why I always book with them. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the mall, which was super convenient with a toddler. We also appreciated the buffet and on-site convenience store. Just be aware that parking is pricey — about $40 per night.

Service was amazing. I asked front desk if I could have a late check out for 1:00 they did not have that available but instead offered 12:00. I am happy they tried to work something out.

Check in was a nightmare! Over 100 guests waiting after two international flights came in at the same time. It took 40 minutes. They did, however, provide fresh baked cookies for guests in line. Rooms need updating. Stains on carpet a d old furniture. No writing tablet or pen. Service was very friendly and professional. I heard from the valet guys that they are doing renovations on a floor by floor basis. It needs it.

Perfectly situated between Waikiki and Honolulu with a huge outdoor shopping mall adjacent and numerous bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Room was clean and comfortable. There is an outdoor pool that we didn’t use much of because the beach is easy walking distance.

We travel inter Island several times a year and enjoy not only the accommodations but the access to Ala Moana shopping center as well. Makes our regular medical trips so much more enjoyable.

Overall the stay deserves 4 stars, my biggest complaints are the surrounding areas around the hotel. The hotel needs to do their due diligence to make sure the walkways/side walks surround the hotel are clean and safe. There is a lot of homeless around the area especially behind the hotel that we saw on multiple nights walking back to the hotel. It is a 20-30 minute walk to Waikīkī beach depending on how fast you walk so that’s great.

This hotel is literally attached to Ala Moana center so very convenient for dining, shopping etc. it’s a bit out of Waikiki so a tad less busy. The hotel feels like it needs a bit of a facelift as some areas looking pretty dated. Dining choices definitely limited on site with only a buffet breakfast available and some facilities closed at certain times etc. overall a good value for the money in pricey Honolulu.

The room was pretty accurate to the picture on the site. The pool area was actually way nicer than what was pictured so that was great. There is a sky bridge that takes you to the Ala Moana Center Mall which turned out to be a wonderful bonus! Breakfast at Cafe 410 was alright but we preferred going to the Liliha Bakery at the mall. Service was better and the food was AMAZING! I can’t say there was anything exceptional with the service from the hotel staff but overall, a nice stay and reasonably priced for the location.

This Ala Moana Hotel is just a block away from Ala Moana Shopping Center. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, a Starbucks, a restaurant, a good breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly. It’s not really walking distance to Waikiki… No shuttle to airport. Uber to airport is $25-$30, Taxi $45.

Staff is second to none! Excellent. Great restaurant for early breakfast buffet! Room shows some minor wear, but overall is a great, convenient location. Really nice to be located adjacent to the Ala Moana Center Mall! Second time staying here…..would definitely stay here again to avoid the congestion in downtown Waikiki area.

We had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in Hawaii early in the day and they were able to help us out with getting checked in early even though our check in time was 3 pm. Offers very convenient options for food and drinks! Loved the breakfast cafe and Starbucks in the building. Pint Jigger was also a cool place to have a drink or some dinner. Ala Moana shopping center just a walk across the street was also really convenient for when wanting to go out and about without needing to drive anywhere. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location for shopping and walking to Waikīkī. The Signature, rooftop, happy hour is awesome-Perfect dusk lighting of the high rises there from the 36th floor. Very good food and drinks for good value. Gym and pool are lovely with shaded comfy seating.

Great experience all around. Cafe had good food, staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and the ammenities were great. Best part was the proximity to the mall 10/10 would stay again

The rooms are in the hotel Ala Moana but the room is owned by Zelloo. The first day we got there, i let them know that the TV was not working and they said they will update me on when they will fix it, and no response regarding the TV after that. I messaged them that the toilet was clogged and no response from them. I had to go buy a plunger and unclog the toilet myself. We stayed there for 5 days and on day 2 we had no more clean towels left. I messaged them and was told to go to the pool and check them out from there but according to the hotel, towels from the pool need to be returned back to the pool. So i had to go buy towels to used for the remainder of my time there. The hotel was nice but the zelloo part was no help with issues or providing necessary supplies. Ran out of toilet paper on day 2 and i didnt even bother messaging since they did not help with anything. I just went and bought it myself. I would not recommend zelloo properties to any of my friends and i will never use them again in the future ever again. Lesson learned i guess.
