J ai trouvé que le personnel d accueil ; jeune; n était pas très patient et comphrensif envers moi, qui ne maîtrise ni l anglais, ni l Espagnol. J ai ressenti de l agacement parce ce que nous avions du mal à nous comprendre. J ai fais plusieurs hôtels en Andalousie, tout c est très bien passé partout, malgré la difficulté à se comprendre. Je trouve cela dommage dans un hôtel qui reçoit exclusivement des étrangers. J ai travaillé moi-même en hôtellerie, et j ai toujours été très patient avec les clients étrangers qui ne parlaient pas bien la langue.

my stay was very nice. the room and the other facilities were clean, the breakfast was good, the service was as mentioned and fair for the price.

The hostel is located very good but it was difficult to find it when I use the map to search for it for it gives different places. But the worst was one guy in reception was looking sad and not helpful. You don’t feel that you are welcome at the opposite the lady in the night for checking out. They have a sharing shower and the door was difficult to close it so you can not feel comfortable to shower. The price is not fitting the hostel comfortable.
