Could use more hooks for towels and something to circulate air, towels do not dry or have a program to replace used towels. You will hear the train throughout your stay. Location is great!

Our stay was very nice. The one item that we noticed that could be improved is: The shower was very slippery when we used it. We actually had to put a towel down in the shower to avoid slipping and getting injured. Consider some type of mat to improve it.

This is a self check in facility with no front desk. The room was newly remodeled, decorated very nicely and very clean. A mini refrigerator and kitchenette were nice amenities to have available. The food at the lounge was good. We had ordered the elk burger and chicken wings. We had fresh cut fries with both orders and were more than we could eat! The two ladies that worked as waitress/bartender were very nice and did a great job! The coupon in our room for buy one sundae get the other free was a “must use”. Delicious and huge! The train does travel through the town across the road from the lodge so you will hear it. For us, it wasn’t annoying.

We really enjoyed our stay at Raystown Country Lodge! It is located in a very convenient location between Huntington and McVeytown. The rooms are very cute and updated and very clean.
