We had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had is if you are watching TV upstairs in the loft, you can’t watch TV downstairs because the sound of the loft TV overpowers the downstairs TV. Other than that the house was great. The location is wonderful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The Host was very accommodating with an issue we had.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and Candace, the property manager was very kind and responsive when we had issues. There were some things that could have been better maintained, but the house was comfortable and fun and our kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the basement play area. The gates community protocol was a bit off putting- a lot of rules and regulations, and getting in and out was a bit of a pain.

Very family/kid friendly place, comfortable and spacious, with a reasonably well stocked kitchen . Lots of toys for bad weather days or a break from the sun and a quick drive to the sandy beaches and fishing.
