Roaches and no daily room service… should I say more. The WiFi was on and out as well as the card key lock. This is not a hotel I would recommend unless you are looking for a cheap motel experience.

Liked the kitchen and bathroom. Didn’t like that the AC leaked both on balcony and inside the room making the carpet wet. Carpet also wasn’t clean

The first issue was at check-in. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming and delayed our check in time as the room wasn’t ready.We had also paid resort fees, yet were told we couldn’t use the pool while waiting. When we questioned this, we were dismissively told, “This is not the Hyatt or the Hilton.” To make matters worse, the following day we spoke to other guests who had been allowed to use the pool before check in time, so the rules were clearly not applied consistently and the receptionist decided who could and couldn’t use the paid for facilities. We only had two towels for four guests. We asked for more towels and were told there was a towel shortage The hotel also appears to have a significant pest problem. We saw pest control attending the property on three separate occasions, and throughout our stay there were ongoing issues with bugs and cockroaches. The lifts were painfully slow, and our room key repeatedly stopped working. Staying on the 21st floor meant multiple unnecessary trips back to reception just to have the key reactivated. The receptionists were rude and annoyed when this would happen. Overall the place is full of bugs and the staff are rude and unwelcoming
