Tunjungan Hotel

The bathroom shower did not work properly. The bathtub floor was cracked and unsafe ans discolored

Hotelnya ok. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. Cuman sayang sekali nggak ada stikkontak dekat kasur, jadi kalau mau cas hp dekat tv. Tempat fitness tidak terawat, kualitas jelek.

Good location. Great pool always in the sun. And clean. Hotel is dated but how it is it’s a nice hotel and decent location everything you would want. Room was huge everything nice and bed comfy

We didn’t receive what we booked and when asked for the rooms we had booked and paid (and were guaranteed), we got no explanation or the room we had booked. Service only wanted us to sign the form and did not inform us about breakfast or anything for that matter. We also mistakingly had wrong breakfast vouchers. So we came back to arrange it accordingly so we could get breakfast the next day. The communal areas (outside of the lobby) are not well maintained, we had a clogged bathroom upon arrival and our window looked out upon a stained brick wall. Let’s leave out other details. Turn down service was good considering providing towels. The location is good depending on your itinerary, the hotel is located between entrance 1 and 6 of Tunjungan plaza. This can be convenient if you wish to have rather a lazy or luxurious stay. Food is good, but come early. Thank you for the stay. Little tip, we could understand behasa and understood what your staff were saying over tourists during our stay….

This hotel needs a huge makeover and refurbishments. Service is extremely bad. Door locks malfunctioned few times. No word of apology for the inconveniences caused. We chose this hotel only for its location.
