The Hotel is a historic building of the eighteenth century, situated near the market and just steps from the Vrijthof. It is 500 meters from the Museum. In the vicinity there are many shops, bars and restaurants. Maastricht Central Station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Liege, Hasselt and Aken are within easy driving distance. The room and small kitchen area were dirty, dishes not washed. We only got one key for the room, difficult to come in with the code, took us long time to make it work. The gate was locked in the evenings but we had not gotten a key for that. Had to climb over the gate to get in. No direct communication with the place. The electricity was down when we came. All in all, a never again experience!!

An excellent location but such an awful management and communication. The room was dusty, dirty and smelly. Sticky floor. It is a partly renovated hotel.
