The hotel is pleasant and fresh with an excellent location. The person responsible for breakfast during out stay in mid-May was extremely gracious and helpful--a real ambassador for the hotel. The small elevator was inevitably a drawback because it was in heavy demand, especially by those with luggage. Things got rather backed up at our arrival, and I ended up carrying my suitcase up five flights. I realize that old Parisian buildings retrofitted with elevators are going to have this problem, but getting to and from upper rooms is going to require either patience or athleticism.

A nice little hotel, within walking distance to Quartier Latin , , St Germain and Notre Dame. Highly recommend trying to get a room in the interior so you don't hear the traffic. They have free regular water and carbonated water, which was a plus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Note: the rooms are small, but well appointed. Our shower was actually quite large for Paris. You can't expect large rooms from 10th century hotels. Metro stops Odeon and St. Michel are close by to get you in the public transit lines. We will definitely keep this hotel in our list whilst in Paris.

Good value for the money. Clean, good location, walking distance to places like Musée d’Orsay and Luxembourg Gardens. Bus stop right in front, metro very close. Fairly low frills. No toiletries, no mini bar. Firm 11 am checkout.

Staff were great and helpful. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was really nice. There was a lift up to the floor but as with many Paris city hotels it was small but saved carry the bugs up stairs. Hotel is very handy to RER B & C and the Metro, there are nearby shops, bars and restaurants. The only slight negative was street noise late at night / early morning but that is outside the control of the hotel. I lived as an ex-pat for a couple years nearby a long time ago so knew the area. This was a family stay and we’d choose the same hotel again.

Elevator too small, good for 2 thin person only. They say 3 persons cap. Internet terrible. Breakafast sane from 1st ay we arrived till we checked out a checked out after 5 days.

Excellent location on boulevard, close to metro and RER, spacious, super clean, bright and quiet room with lovely view, modern bathroom, lots of space to hang clothes quiet room, air conditioning, kettle, 24-hour friendly and helpful concierge. Would be nice to have a minibar and ironing board.

Everything was great except for the elevator was super tiny! Only 1 person and 1 piece of luggage at a time, literally that small. Luckily we were on the first floor up so we used the stairs the whole time. The hallways are also super narrow. A little hard to find the entrance, but the staff was friendly and a lot to do around the area within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel De Suez, it really was a highlight of my trip. It was super clean, very modern yet still had that French/Parisian style. The elevator was super cute and something I had never experienced before. The service was amazing and even after we checked out they stored our luggage while we explored more. Very kind staff. We felt very safe as they even lock the main doors at night. The beds were very comfortable and I was out like a light the moment I went to bed. Everything was within walking distance and so convenient. Loved everything about it. 10/10.

We had the best stay at this hotel. A great location close to the Seine and many notable attractions including Notre-Dame, the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and Musea de Cluny, only a short walk away. Close to metro stations. Many, many restaurants a short walk away. Our room was spacious, we had plenty of room to move, wonderfully comfortable bed, fantastic shower, immaculately clean and well appointed. Elevator and air conditioning are a must for us and didn’t disappoint. Reasonably quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints from us and will book again. We have been to Paris often and this has been one of our best stays. Loved it.

The rooms are very small, there were 2 areas with steps and no help with luggage after 3pm or before 6am. It was a huge inconvenient situation for us. Bathrooms are tiny, not that clean. Rooms don’t look anything like the pictures you see online. Location is good, but that’s pretty much it. I won’t come back to this place.

Great little hotel in the Latin quarter. Bus stop right in front and metro stop around the corner. Nice sized triple room with enough space for the three of us. There’s a small elevator that suits to bring up luggage. Would be happy to stay here again.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Great area. The bus stop right outside takes you directly to the Louvre. Very easy walks to Notre Dam and Saint Michel. The metro station around the corner was very convenient. We never felt unsafe. So many restaurants to chose from as well. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. 10/10

Is a nice hotel to sightseeing Paris. The guys in the reception were very kind, they helped us to get the bags up to the room, and offered advice when asked. They served coffee all day and you could self service yourself for water. The room was nice and clean, good space for París. The neighborhood is nice, feels safe. You walk some blocks to the right (I think 2-3) and you have Notre Dame right there. If you go to the other side you find Place de la Sorbonne and they have beautiful restaurants. I specially loved L’ecritoire, it was pretty, delicious and they were very friendly. There is a store in front of the hotel that sales music record, books, art supplies etc and they had a small market selling books for 1 euro, loved it. There are two boulangeries two blocks to the right so you can get coffee and pain au chocolat to go. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

There is a store in front of the hotel that sales music record, books, art supplies etc and they had a small market selling books for 1 euro, loved it. There are two boulangeries two blocks to the right so you can get coffee and pain au chocolat to go. I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

First time at this hotel (other faves couldn't accommodate our dates). We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel's accommodations. Its location is perfectly situated for evenings spent in the Latin Quarter (for dinner or an evening show at our fave jazz club) or walking along the Seine or in the Luxembourg Gardens. Further there are three Metro lines within blocks so you can easily get nearly anywhere in Paris or out to the airports readily. Easy check-in. Friendly front-desk staff present 24/7. Our room was on the first floor, just a short walk up a circular staircase; it was spacious with clothes rack and counterspace and luggage rack. Our bed was comfortable anad the room temperature pleasant. The shower was roomy with the water temp easily controlled; the liquid soap and shampoo were foamy and pleasantly aromatic. Lobby dining area where breakfast (for a fee) is available; they also have an icy water fountain to refill your water bottles. Certainly will consider staying here on a future visit to Paris.

Excellent location on boulevard, close to metro and RER, spacious, super clean, bright and quiet room with lovely view, modern bathroom, lots of space to hang clothes quiet room, air conditioning, kettle, 24-hour friendly and helpful concierge. Would be nice to have a minibar and ironing board.

Truly loved my stay at Hotel de Suez! The kind and knowledgeable staff were superb, rooms spacious and comfortable and suited with all your needs. A nice touch that I haven’t seen in many European hotels - they had cold water dispenser available in the lobby! During my stay, I felt quite sick and needed to see a doctor and the hotel staff got me in within 10 minutes so I was able to get the help needed to enjoy the rest of my trip. So fantastic!

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Great area. The bus stop right outside takes you directly to the Louvre. Very easy walks to Notre Dam and Saint Michel. The metro station around the corner was very convenient. We never felt unsafe. So many restaurants to chose from as well. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. 10/10

We had the best stay at this hotel. A great location close to the Seine and many notable attractions including Notre-Dame, the Pantheon, Luxembourg Gardens and Musea de Cluny, only a short walk away. Close to metro stations. Many, many restaurants a short walk away. Our room was spacious, we had plenty of room to move, wonderfully comfortable bed, fantastic shower, immaculately clean and well appointed. Elevator and air conditioning are a must for us and didn’t disappoint. Reasonably quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints from us and will book again. We have been to Paris often and this has been one of our best stays. Loved it.

O quarto é superconfortável, amplo, muito limpo, e todos da recepção são muito atenciosos em especial o rapaz que cuida do café da manhã, do Sri Lanka (desculpe, não sei como se escreve o nome dele), uma simpatia e muito educado. O café da manhã é sensacional e, sim, eu voltaria a me hospedar lá com certeza.

Elevator too small, good for 2 thin person only. They say 3 persons cap. Internet terrible. Breakafast sane from 1st ay we arrived till we checked out a checked out after 5 days.

My mom fell in the beginning of our trip and injured her knee and hip, making walking very difficult and painful. I emailed the hotel a week before check-in to request a more accessible room. At check in, we were assigned room 407. With 3 pieces of large luggage that I had to transport up the elevator (glad they had one), i had to make multiple trips to the 4th floor. On top of that, our room was at the top of 4-5 steps. Not a lot, but very inconvenient for 2 people traveling - one of which was an elderly person with mobility issues. Other that this, the overnight front desk clerk watching us struggle, while his shoes sat in the middle of the dining area floor, to get out of the hotel at 530AM to catch our ride to the airport, and a slick shower floor, everything was great.
