illi Nuto Shinjuku

We stayed two nights as a family of four. The location in Shinjuku is excellent, with Kabukicho, Hanazono Shrine and lots of restaurants a short walk away. Check-in without staff was simple, and when the smart lock played up we used the physical key without any trouble. It was a comfortable and convenient base for our first nights in Tokyo.

절대 가지 마세요!!! 주소 찍고 가도 찾기 힘들고요, 무인이라 체크인 방법도 너무 힘듭니다. 4시간 헤매다 겨우 체크인 했어요. 내부도 사진과 완전 다르고 공간도 작고 제 인생 최악의 숙박이였어요. 호텔스닷컴도 실망입니다.

Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout.

We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute.
