High-end finish, 2 king size-sängar, privat tvätt, utsikt över Dercum Square

Parking garage only allowed for 1 spot. The overnight lot still charged me over 315 for a 3 night stay. Don't understand how HOAs expect a 3 bedroom condo to only have 1 car. Especially on closing weekend, when there over 40 spaces available in the garage.

Enjoyed our stay, well appointed condo with close walking distance to Riverrun Gondola. Able to come in for lunch. Bonus- when conditions were not great at bottom of mountain, you can ride gondola back to bottom, avoiding slushie conditions. Good space for family of five with adult children. This unit has its own washer/ dryer. Nice common area with pool tables snd nearby hot tub.

The unit was advertised as sleeping 10 adults. There wasn’t a rollaway bed and they were missing mattresses. Otherwise, everything was great.

The sofas were very uncomfortable to sit on for long and the beds were just adequate.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised to see the accomodations matched the website and pictures. Spacious, clean and had more amenaties than I am used to. Great place and would recommend it to others. Only drawback was the criptic way in which to receive your keys to the condo. It would help if a lockbox was located on the premises and additional parking for a group of 10.
