Unregistered guests/visitors, smoking, pet/animals and partying are not allowed. Violations are subject to immediate cancellation without refund, and a penalty fee of $300 applies. 2. The check-in window is between 3 p.m to 12 midnight, and Check-out is 11 a.m. Please note that the front door must remain close from 12 midnight to 5 a.m. for the comfort and safety of all guests. Free street parking available for 1 vehicle on the driveway, however cars are parked at owner's risk. 4. Quiet time starts at 9 pm and ends at 8 am. Guest are not permitted to use the kitchen at Quiet time. 5. Long Stay Bonus : 14 days booking or more will enjoy free laundry once a week. There is no laundry bonus for short stays (less than 14 days). 6. The facility is situated in a residential and serene environment. Hence, there may be some occasional sounds from the neighborhood. 7. 24/7, recording Cctv cameras in public spaces such as the driveway, the entrance door, the shared entrance lobby, and the backyard.
