Royal Mirage Agadir

Les couloirs sont sales, sentent mauvais, nous avons un peu galéré à trouver la chambre car il n'y avait pas de numéro sur celle-ci. La chambre était tout au bout a côté des escaliers, la porte était cassé grande ouverte, dans l'état. La cerise sur le gâteau c'est la chambre. Il faisait plus froid dans la pièce qu'à l'extérieur. Le vent froid passait à travers la fenêtre du balcon, les draps et coussins étaient sales, les meubles très anciens et sales... Le téléphone mis à disposition ne fonctionnait pas, bien qu'il était branché, le chauffage ne marchait pas et la salle de bain et toilettes étaient horribles. Une odeur désagréable, du tartre partout, de la poussière partout, un gros trou sur le mur a côté des toilettes, l'eau de la salle de bain qui stagne, pas d'eau chaude, une grande serviette pour deux personnes, serviettes jaunes / grises qui ont perdus de leur blancheur et qui sont trouées... J'étais vraiment surpris par ce désastre.

La struttura è parecchio datata, ho evidenziato che durante il soggiorno eseguivano costantemente lavori di manutenzione che non andava assolutamente a disturbare la tranquillità, ho avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente che è stato risolto subito Nel complesso le persone sono gentili, professionali e molto disponibili

The rooms are very basic and lack advertised amenities. The bed was extremely hard. The entire front of the property was a building site, which was not confirmed on booking. This included the steps down to the beach which were dangerous. The WiFi was very poor. The location has a busy road front and back and the balcony doors only shut with a chain, so it was very noisy. I checked out after one night of a five night bookings

This hotel is a 2* at best. And, this is reflected in the price. Staff try their best under the circumstances. Breakfast is the same everyday and the hot food was served cold. Lots of bread, cakes and pastries on offer. There is an omelette station for hot eggs of choice. Ended up just having the coffee and tea. There was so much noise in the early hours from the night club next door! Revellers made so much noise with motorcycles revving at that time making it impossible to get a full night’s sleep. I slept for 10 solid hours the first night out of that hotel - that goes to show how sleep deprived I was! There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms - not in the room that I in. Reception staff promised to move me to a room with better reception but this did not happen for the week I was there. There are renovation works going on at the hotel on some of the floors. This was not intrusive though the works carried on until 9pm on some days. The rooms are a good size. But the shower was a weapon in its own right!!! The water pressure was too much and some of the nozzles were blocked. Just needed descaling but the technician thought it was ok… This could have been because of the language barrier. Majority of the staff do not speak English. The hotel’s location is very ideal. Close to the beach and the bus terminus is across the road. The staff are amazing: Mr Saad, the manager, Mr Ibrahim, Mr Ali, Mr Hassan, Mrs Aziza who cleaned my room, all made the stay worthwhile.

I stayed in the hotel for one night( thanks it was just 1 night other wise I would not stay There another night) I booked it at the last minute as I needed somewhere to stay over night when I arrived I was not impressed at all, i was about to leave if it wasn’t late. The pillows and the bed looks like they were not changed, I found a hair on the bed sheet. I had to cover the pillow with the towel so I could sleep. Moreover I could not sleep at night due to the noise from the traffic outside the hotel. Went to restaurant for breakfast. The buffet was very basic, doesn’t look cleaned, behind the buffet is dirty, console and furniture dirty and looks old too. I could smell a bad smell as well. I went to get coffee from the machine but the the milk doesn’t work and they just put hot milk in a flask. I couldn’t drink coffee, then I went to get Moroccan tea, but looks very red strange colour, I couldn’t drink it. Also there is one of the lights broken and hanging down from the ceiling, they might fell and hit someone. My son wanted to go for swimming, there’s 2 swimming pool( for kids) very dirty you. And the other one was ok but it’s too deep for kids, so we couldn’t use it. And I just left the hotel and I wouldn’t go back near that place. I had a chat with one of the chef cooking the omelette, he said the owners and the management don’t care about the hotel.

Innredning i rommet var gammelt og slitt/ kjøleskap fra en annen tid og lekte vann på gulvet. Hotelsnsatte var hyggelige Anbefaler ikke hotellet.

Pas d’eau chaude et le jet très lent. Petit déjeuner très pauvre juste une omelette et croissants mais pour bon pour le prix pas mal. Les sous draps ne sont pas changé nous avons vu du pipi séché. Superbe piscine mais pas chauffer donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner avec nos 2 bébés. Le personel très gentil et serviable là au moindre soucis. Et l’emplacement est idéal en face de la plage et des restaurants

Very pleasant stay, was allocated sea vie room as requested...check was very smooth as hotel wasn't busy. Hotel is looking very dated but has all the facilities n is highly functional. Great choice breakfast n service was extremely good throughout! Def coming here again!

Throughout my stay I had no wifi in the room, had a cut from the rusted whb tap and other issues. I am escalating the matter as this hotel is misrepresented by the description provided on Expedia’s website. There is nothing Royal - it should not be listed. Better options - avoid, avoid, avoid for your sanity.

This hotel doesn’t have the criteria of a 4stars hotel. AC is old and not working properly, the tv is old and blurry. Not enough towels in the room, not recommended at all

The staff were very helpful. Muhammad (night shift) helped us a lot during our stay. Would recommend. It’s in a good location. Naya club is next door so it can be a bit noisy at night.

J’ai séjourné 10 jours dans cette hôtel. Le personnel est formidable mais l’hébergement reste adéquate petit-déjeuner affreux. Pas de choix au petit déjeuner. J’ai connu mieux dans d’autres hôtels. L’hôtel ne vaut pas ces 4 étoiles
