Room was clean, and staff very nice. Could not access the gym (scanner not working I think).

The property wasnt what i expected the elevator wasnt working on a holiday weekend. The pool wasnt open .. the breakfast was ok.. I would say the staff was very polite . The location is nice nit from stores but the quality is very low. I would say for last minute stay this a option.

hotel is remodeling and elevator not working

The Elevator was out of service and had been out of service for WEEKS prior. The room was not available and should never have been advertised as available. It was a waste of my time, and my payment was held for 2-3 days needlessly. What if my family used a debit card and did not have additional funds to book elsewhere?? If a property is not up to normal expected standards, it should not be able to advertise. An elevator is essential life/safety equipment (not an amenity, like, the pool being out of order...)! I was told, the lack of a functioning elevator and the potential for the room we booked to be unavailable when we arrived with kids and grandma's walker in tow "was in the booking details." Why the heck would a consumer look for those details when booking on Expedia?!? I expect more from Expedia.

Construction/remodeling going very early in the morning

It was absolutely awful. They say they have a pool. They do not have a pool. The elevator does not work so we had to tell everything up three flyers of steps. There’s no air condition when you enter. The building is very musky in the bedrooms where we are staying. There are constant tears running up and down the hallway, knocking on your door and they won’t do anything about it. I do not recommend this motel at all. The water pressure is awful.

Elevator doesn’t work and received no warning before arriving. A/C had 2 temps : HELL or ANTARCTIC. Woke up to flooded floor. Front desk was very helpful.

Room was recently remoldled. Very clean. Breakfast was good with varity. Stayed 2 nights. Initially requested a handicap room. Elevator out of service to those rooms. Hotel manager found acceptable space on first floor. Very satisfied with this stay.

I was moved to 3 rooms because of roaches

Most of the hotel looks ok but there was lots of mildew in, on and around shower. Old towel still under sink from previous customer and long hair on wall of tub. I’m don’t care about decor when I stay in a hotel, but cleanliness is a must for me.

Checked into our room and the musty odor hit us as soon as we opened the door. We asked for a room change and the desk personnel didn't seemed the least bit surprised about the complaint. She did move us to an acceptable room without any hesitation. However, one pillow case on the new room had makeup and perfume on it. Evidently it had never been changed. . Breakfast was limited.

Cockroaches in room 😡

I was in NC with husband. The hotel is under construction. Our room was not very clean. There was debris under the window and on the floor. I find a big brown bug walking in the bathroom @3am. When I took a shower I saw a pile coming out under the faucet. My Husband went to the desk to tell the desk and she offered to move us. Put we requested to be on the first floor because he smoker. I do have picture.

When we walked into the room, the first thing we noticed was the smell. It was musty/midew-y. We turned on the A/C and it helped a bit but it still wasn’t pleasant. The shower had no curtain - we had to go to the front desk and request one. The room was spacious, but poorly renovated. Patches on the wall weren’t sanded, just painted over. The TV stand had an opening for the fridge, but the fridge was located by the front door. The shower was in rough shape with the floor peeling and several poorly patched places. On the Up side, the bed was comfortable and the coffee was decent. The breakfast was standard hotel fair.

Check in took 20 minutes. Long line amd clerk was very slow and never spoke unless you asked a question. There were flies in the room when we arrived. The floor was grimy and sticky. Our feet turned gray from walking on the floor. The bathtub was so small and narrow there was barely any flat spot to stand. Very slick and unsafe. Nothing was clean. Counter tops were wiped down but still had soap scum and sticky surface. The mattress was very old, soft, and lumpy. This place needs new management and rehabilitation.

When we walked into the hotel it smelt of mildew, we tried to ignore it and after receiving our key to our room we boarded the elevator which also smelt of milder. We went to our room and after a brief inspection we ended up going back downstairs and checking out. There was a dead roach by the ac.

I have stayed at many Comfort Inns over the years and they have pretty consistently provided comfortable and affordable accommodations for budget travel so this is not a case of unrealistic expectations. This was a subpar experience from start to finish. The majority of the staff I interacted with seemed disinterested in their work. There was a general lack of cleanliness in most areas of the hotel. Our room was poorly laid out including a strange angled wall behind the sofa which led to the pullout bed taking up the majority of the space. There was also a strange odor in our room the entire time we were there. The TV had no guide for channels and apparently no ESPN after going through the channels multiple times in search of it. I don't know that I've ever seen cable that didn't include ESPN. The fitness room was tiny not maintained. The treadmill and the TV did not work and the water dispenser was empty for our entire stay (4 nights) without ever being replaced. I saw a cockroach on the floor in the main bathroom that's accessible from the lobby. The water pressure was terrible in our room and the shower curtain was hung at an angle so we had to rig it up to stay closed and prevent water from soaking the bathroom floor. There was an exterior side door with card access with a sign stating it was locked after 8pm but it was always left unlocked, even after reporting to staff. I will not book another stay at this location and don't suggest it for anyone else.

1. The keys didn’t work. Had to go back to the desk for new ones 2. Toilet didn’t work. Waited for about 20 minutes for the maintenance worker to stop collecting trash and fix the toilet. Had to go back to the lobby to use restroom. 3. Internet was so slow at connecting that we thought it didn’t work so went back to the lobby to get help. 4. No hair dryer in the room. Had to go back to the lobby to get one. 5. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken. Had to go back to the 1st floor to get ice. Is that enough? The room was clean and nice. The staff, Stephanie, Tamra, and Mandy were A+. Nothing on the above list was ther fault. It was the fault of management.

Clean room, spacious and very comfortable bed.

Air conditioning did not work.

The shower water pressure was a one level above a trickle.

1 night stay passing through. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Loud due to being next to the stairwell, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and room was clean

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had difficulty getting TV to work and there was only 1 staff on duty and couldn’t leave the front desk to help. However, my husband went to the front desk and the instructions she gave allowed us to get TV channels.

Closed to the highway , food and other hotels. Safe area. Room was big. Bed comfortable but room was stuffy and gloomy

The staff were great. Super friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was old and the pillows were too small. The walls were thin and we could easily hear people near by. It was convenient for travel, and close to the highway.

The staff was very friendly. Especially front desk. Price was great. However, the room was dated and dirty. Tons of dust and dirt on lights near bed and the floor and couch were dirty. There was a sticky film on furniture and tv remote. The AC was on 62 when we arrived and it was freezing. The room was very damp. It was difficult to maneuver around the pull-out bed and even to pull it out with the chair right near it. The shower was broken and did not turn off unless we turned all the way off and then turned back a little. No fan in the bathroom made it very hot. We were woken up each morning by cleaning staff slamming doors every 5 minutes early in the morning. Breakfast biscuits were raw in the middle.

Staff friendly and went above & beyond to make my stay pleasant.

When I got to the property the elevator was not working and they had no rooms on the first floor that were wheel chair accessible. The receptionist at the desk Quanasia was amazing. She found me a room in the hotel next door. Explained my situation. Got the room for me for less and had my room refunded by Expedia within 15 minutes. I was in bed within a half an hour. This receptionists customer service is amazing. She should be promoted to manager or at least get a nice raise. Don’t loose her

The staff was unbelievably nice. There for a night and accomodationsbwere as expected, nice and clean but nothing out of ordinary. The staff however, 10 stars. Ladies and gentlemen who were there were super pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff, kitchen staff, every single person was top notch. I will stay again simply because of the staff.

The front desk ladies were very nice and welcoming. Check in was very fast. We were just passing through coming from a trip from NY and it was a great stop to sleep and continue to Florida

I expected a friendlier check in experience.

The receptionist was exceptional. She has a great smile and was very informative about both the motel and restaurants and places.in the area. Sbe was great.

It was not a good experience I would not stay there again nor recommend it. The front desk clerk who checked us in was the nicest staff member, the others were rude. The halls smelled of pot, the elevator was out of service and had been for quite sometime so we had to use the stairs. We had no toilet paper I had to request that, half the time the coffee and water service in the lobby were empty or gone. The breakfast offerings were poor. Overall a bad stay.

I checked in late night Thursday night 11/6/25 after driving down from northern Massachusetts, I was exhausted and sleepy. The young lady working the front desk was welcoming and friendly, she got my information and I quickly got my key. It was fast smooth and friendly. The room was nice and clean. I was gonna again just a few short hrs later and the same lady was at the desk with a friendly smile and good day wishes. I appreciate that!

Easy access to and from I 95.

Convenient for quick passing through location. Close to 95, restaurants and gas.

Basic interstate hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very convenient and a lot of food and gas options right there.

It was easy to navigate and easily accessible to local businesses

Overall this was a great overnight stop on our trip. Very convenient to I95 and easy to get to. Room was clean and breakfast was nice.... things we appreciate on an overnight stop. It would have been nice to have been notified about the construction happening to the outside of the building. We didn't arrive until after midnight due to changes in our travel schedule (which I called ahead to let them know) so it was very startling when we were woken up to banging on the exterior wall of our room before 8 am. I asked at checkout if they were supposed to be informing quests at check in and she said they were not. This wouldn't keep me from staying again as the construction won't last forever but just a heads up that it's happening now.

Very nice for price and great for location just off 95 and walked to Starbucks!

Clean room. Many choices for breakfast.

Short overnight stay, right off the highway. Short stop. Room spacious and clean. Very limited choice in continental breakfast. No fruit what so ever. Just scrabble eggs, sausage, oatmeal, English muffin and bagel. It does the job but some fruits, yogourt and toast would of made it better.

Clean room, nice staff and variety of breakfast foods

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast area was very well kept. When someone left the table, it was cleaned before next person came to use it. Very good variety of breakfast food.

The room was very comfortable and a good size for us. The breakfast was not good at all! Warm coffe andt too well stocked with appetizing food choices.

Staff were helpful and courteous . Breakfast was somewhat limited and needed more attention to food availability- Cold coffee- No Oatmeal or Grits.
