We had a wonderful stay. Even though there is highway of busy traffic, it somehow was still peaceful and calm. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Incredibly clean. Breakfast was great and accommodating. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the evenings.

Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. Hilltop Manor has complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests at any time. April, the chef, went out her way to accommodate our specific dietary requests for breakfast! You can dine in your room, on the beautiful front porch overlooking the mountains or in the charming dining room. If you are looking for a quite, lovely get-away, Hilltop Manor is the place to stay in Hot Springs.

Incredibly beautiful house and lot! Very peaceful, very quiet, flowers were in bloom. The room was well furnished and not cluttered. Coffee and snacks were appreciated and accessible. Great history of this house. Hosts were very friendly with genuine smiles willing to communicate without being overbearing but accommodating. Breakfast was both visually pleasing and tasty, different each day off our stay so kudos to Ms April as well! We base everything on if we would stay again or eat again and a big thumbs up on both! Thanks so much for everything and hope to meet again

Convenient location with private parking right outside the manor. The B&B is a large stone frame manor house from the 1890’s. The property was beautiful with gardens and a large lawn. The host family were very friendly and helpful. They showed us their fruit and vegetable gardens and explained their goal of being a farm-to-table B&B. The décor was period to the house and included the guest rooms. Our lovely room included a 2-person jetted tub beside a stone fireplace (gas). The room was very well appointed, the hosts thought of everything. Breakfast was prepared by a gourmet chef and was absolutely amazing. We had our choice of having breakfast on the front porch, the dining room or in our room. We chose the dining room.

Breakfast was superb!!! They use fresh ingredients from their garden. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing with swings throughout the property. We will definitely stay at Hilltop Manor bed and breakfast the next time we visit Hot Springs!!

The facility was wonderful; the staff were great; the area was beautiful; we had a lot of fun sitting in front of the outdoor fireplace. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and had a great time. The breakfasts were outstanding in every way. We may return in the future.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast! The owners are so friendly and accommodating! The house has so much history and the grounds are beautiful. The food was outstanding. Eat on the front patio if you can, so peaceful and relaxing. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row is just gorgeous. The Oaklawn Casino is nearby and it’s lovely inside. You won’t be sorry about staying at Hilltop Manor, it’s first class all the way. Can’t wait to return in the fall and see the leaves changing colors. Thank you Joanna and Jennifer for creating this beautiful place to stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Being a plant lover the landscaping was immaculate. Room was very clean. I love the old look and feel of the home. Quiet, no one bothers you unless you need help. We were able to meet the owner who was extremely nice. The chef was so nice and made sure to cook things we liked. We tried her new fried pie recipe and they were amazing. I would book this place again anytime.

It’s like a vrbo. You get a code to the door. Nobody to welcome you. It smells awful like old moth balls. We didn’t end up staying and told the man we were leaving. They refused to refund us because they said they didn’t know that we left. Foreign owned and not pleasant people who do not tell the truth.

The Oak Room was very beautiful! It was spacious and all the towels, bedding and soap were quite luxurious. The cleanliness was above and beyond. The service was very swift when needed and absent when not needed. The property was beautiful and I'm guessing even more so when it's not winter.

Top Notch B&B. Harry is an outstanding host. Very clean room. Breakfasts were a treat! Staff courteous, helpful and friendly. Have already recommended to family. We will return is in the area again.

Our Hilltop Manor stay was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was wonderful. The inn itself is beautiful inside and out with lovely landscaping. Our favorite part of the stay were the amazing breakfasts. Absolutely delicious. And the innkeeper was super friendly and had lots of suggestions for activities in the area. We will definitely be back!

The best place you can stay in Hot Spring, no doubt! The breakfast was delicious and prepared according to my diet restrictions. My room was spacious and everything in the room had a quality standard. The view and the nature around is pretty. Only 2 minutes drive from Hot Spring downtown.

This B&B is the perfect getaway to visit Hot Springs. It is just out of town but very convenient Breakfasts were fantastic each day. The staff was very gracious hosts. We would definitely stay they again

I didn’t appreciate not seeing anyone for the entire stay, including check-in, and checkout. They didn’t even answer the doorbell when I rang it, nor responded to the text message I sent to the dedicated number. The most disappointing part was not being able to have breakfast in a bed and breakfast, as they do not serve it until 8:30 AM, which is way too late…
I didn’t appreciate not seeing anyone for the entire stay, including check-in, and checkout. Breakfast was superb!!! They use fresh ingredients from their garden. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing with swings throughout the property. We will definitely stay at Hilltop Manor bed and breakfast the next time we visit Hot Springs!!

This stay was truly outstanding! It was perfect for our anniversary as the historic home, grounds, food, and service provided by the hosts created a setting for memories to be made! Was astounded by the communication provided by Hotels.com and Hilltop Manor and the ease of check-in! Organized and wonderful!

Top Notch B&B. Harry is an outstanding host. Very clean room. Breakfasts were a treat! Staff courteous, helpful and friendly. Have already recommended to family. We will return is in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay. Even though there is highway of busy traffic, it somehow was still peaceful and calm. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Incredibly clean. Breakfast was great and accommodating. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the evenings.

Quiet garden setting with well appointed rooms. Outstanding breakfasts which would not have been available at other locations. It was necessary to drive several miles to the events and activities that we participated in but not a significant inconvenience for us.

Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed. It's on the first floor, and it is very private and incredibly quiet suite! The room faces the front of the B&B with a view of the lawn, a pretty fountain and the mountains. Hilltop Manor has complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for guests at any time. April, the chef, went out her way to accommodate our specific dietary requests for breakfast! You can dine in your room, on the beautiful front porch overlooking the mountains or in the charming dining room. If you are looking for a quite, lovely get-away, Hilltop Manor is the place to stay in Hot Springs.

The host family were very friendly and helpful. They showed us their fruit and vegetable gardens and explained their goal of being a farm-to-table B&B. The décor was period to the house and included the guest rooms. Our lovely room included a 2-person jetted tub beside a stone fireplace (gas). The room was very well appointed, the hosts thought of everything. Breakfast was prepared by a gourmet chef and was absolutely amazing. We had our choice of having breakfast on the front porch, the dining room or in our room. We chose the dining room.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast! The owners are so friendly and accommodating! The house has so much history and the grounds are beautiful. The food was outstanding. Eat on the front patio if you can, so peaceful and relaxing. Downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row is just gorgeous. The Oaklawn Casino is nearby and it’s lovely inside. You won’t be sorry about staying at Hilltop Manor, it’s first class all the way. Can’t wait to return in the fall and see the leaves changing colors. Thank you Joanna and Jennifer for creating this beautiful place to stay.

Incredibly beautiful house and lot! Very peaceful, very quiet, flowers were in bloom. The room was well furnished and not cluttered. Coffee and snacks were appreciated and accessible. Great history of this house. Hosts were very friendly with genuine smiles willing to communicate without being overbearing but accommodating. Breakfast was both visually pleasing and tasty, different each day off our stay so kudos to Ms April as well! We base everything on if we would stay again or eat again and a big thumbs up on both! Thanks so much for everything and hope to meet again

I didn’t appreciate not seeing anyone for the entire stay, including check-in, and checkout. We really enjoyed our time at the Hilltop. We were fully prepared when we pulled into the driveway with the contactless check in. The room was everything we expected. Breakfast!!! The amount of detail that Chef April put into each plate was phenomenal. The presentation was spot on. Then you take a bite....perfect. I believe breakfast was the favorite time of our day. Only negative thing was shared thermostats. It would not have been a problem except other travelers were cold and increased the temperature unbeknownst to us and we got really hot. That is no fault of the inn...other than maybe putting the thermostat in a lock box. If we ever head back to Hot Springs, we know where we will stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our 25th anniversary. The Oak room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast for both days was amazing. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Hot Springs.

How do I give this six stars?!? ❤️ The inn is set at the top of a perfectly situated but easily accessed hill with excelllengly manicured grounds with fountains. The rooms are warm and quiet with every amenity. The breakfasts were fantastic and so wonderfully and lovingly prepared. The patio wood burning fireplace is a spectacular place to settle down after the end of the day. We had a wonderful experience here and can’t recommend it higher. I hope we can arrange to be back soon.

My husband and I loved Hilltop Manor. Amazing breakfast every morning. Fireplace ready to go every evening. Comfy bed and large room. They had complimentary snacks and water available and lots of good coffee! The grounds were well taken care of and we enjoyed sitting outside each morning and evening. We would stay here again and highly recommend. Super quite and I had the best night's sleep.
