There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, four-burner stove with oven, all necessary small appliances, and a comfortable dining area. The apartment also has a shower room and toilet. Directly from the kitchen, you can access the 20m² partially covered balcony with garden furniture and loungers. A parking space is available for guests in front of the house, and there is a secure bicycle storage room.
