Well we were told on arrival that our room had been upgraded so obviously that would put anyone in a good mood. Room was absolutely beautiful with a decking area and table and chairs overlooking the water and playground. Hotel is easily accessible with plenty of parking and e charging points. Service was great and staff friendly and polite. We will be back!

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms with very comfortable beds. The leisure centre with a 20m pool, sauna and steam room was great. Plenty of onsite parking and good bar and restaurant onsite too

The usual warm welcome from key front of house staff. Lovely room and some very enjoyable food at breakfast and in the bar. I enjoyed two visits to the gym.

Malgré deux réceptions (mariage) , le respect des autres clients (calme) est respecté. Hôtel situé en retrait de toutes activés. Toutes les chambres ont une superbes vue sur la rivière. Très beau buffet. Très grand parking.

We arrived early at the hotel, and were able to check in, although our room wasn't ready. We were greeted by very friendly staff at reception. Ann was particularly friendly. After a coffee in the bar/restaurant we went off exploring. We received a text to say that our room was ready, but we were enjoying Wexford town, so returned later. Parking was easy. Our large room had a great view over the river. The room was comfortable & clean with good facilities, as was the bathroom. We had dinner in the Dry Dock Bar, a little pricey, but delicious. Breakfast was a hot & cold buffet with lots of choice. Overall a great stay.

Lovely hotel, the staff were all friendly and courteous, beautiful room with river view, balcony and very comfy sitting area. Great breakfast, the food in dry dock bar was also lovely. The pool was great too. A really peaceful stay, would highly recommend it. Even with vents on it wasn't too noisy.

The hotel is situated on the waters edge with amazing views.From the moment we arrived at reception and greeted with a smilimg face and able to check in earlier.The room was amazing and spotless and view from the balcony was super.WE were on a 3 night stay and ate in the bar every night. The food was excellent. The bar staff were brilliant. The staff in the breakfast room were you guessed brilliant.We used the Wellness room for back massage and my wife got a,pedicure which was very professional. You staff are a credit to you and we will be back. Thanks for a 3 night stay.

This hotel in my opinion would be the nest in Wexford. It is hugh, modern, spotless room are quiet,staff are friendly food is good, pool is beautiful. Good service..ill be returning.

I enjoyed my stay but was a little surprised at the carpet in my room. There were marks all over which makes you look further. The bed was very comfortable. Food and customer service was excellent. Best hotel breakfast in a very long time.

Excellent stay. Great to see bin separation in the bedrooms. We hall have to help the environment by doing our bit of recycling and the Ferrycarrig Hotel are certainly doing their part. Staff very friendly bar the breakfast host but perhaps he was having a bad day! Pool area clean and everything was working! Overall a brilliant stay thank you

Check-in was easy & room was clean. Room is in need of some updating—paint, stained carpet, etc, but it is clean, spacious & a beautiful view. Dinner & service at The Dock was awful for the price. My shrimp was not a lime scampi, but frozen fried tough shrimp. Server was unfriendly and the food for the price was horrendous. Complete waste of money. Aldo sells better frozen shrimp I am sure. Location is beautiful & overall hotel is nice. Just don’t eat here.

A short drive from Rosslaire ferry port, it’s an ideal first/last night stop. The room was beautiful, with fabulous views of the river. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast!

A lovely hotel in a good location within driving distance to the main town. Staff very friendly and helpful . My only issue was that our bedroom was too warm, especially at night as temperature cannot be adjusted. We had to put towels on the radiator to reduce the heat in the bedroom. Also no net curtain on the window, so privacy was a bit restricted once main curtains were open .

The stay over all was very good comfortable quiet relaxing breakfast was lovely staff were lovey except the bar staff. Arrived at hotel wens eve after a long drive checked in and said we would get some dinner in bar and a drink. Drinks no problem but sat for the best part of an hour and still no food order despite asking twice to place an order to the bar man. Note the bar was quiet. Ended up having to get a taxi into town to get dinner very very disappointed in this.

A short drive from Rosslaire ferry port, it’s an ideal first/last night stop. The room was beautiful, with fabulous views of the river. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Excellent breakfast!

Malgré deux réceptions (mariage) , le respect des autres clients (calme) est respecté. Hôtel situé en retrait de toutes activés. Toutes les chambres ont une superbes vue sur la rivière. Très beau buffet. Très grand parking.

We loved this property. It is so nicely situated along the Slaney River close to Wexford town. There are lovely sitting areas both outside on decking and inside the hotel with beautiful views of river. Fantastic staff. Good food in Dry Dock bar. Breakfast had great choices and good food.Views of River from all Dining areas.

Check in was very easy online & the reception staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large balcony with a great view. The room was very modern and fitted out with a couch and 2 armchairs and foot rests. There were also 2 chairs and a table on the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful, and once again the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit outside town so you would need to get a taxi (€20). Only a short drive to Curraghcloe Beach (20 Minutes) if you fancy a nice walk by the sea. Lovely hotel, will be returning soon hopefully.

The stay over all was very good comfortable quiet relaxing breakfast was lovely staff were lovey except the bar staff. Arrived at hotel wens eve after a long drive checked in and said we would get some dinner in bar and a drink. Drinks no problem but sat for the best part of an hour and still no food order despite asking twice to place an order to the bar man. Note the bar was quiet. Ended up having to get a taxi into town to get dinner very very disappointed in this.

Beautiful grounds! Rooms were very nice, and our kids loved the indoor pool. I wish that there had been a little more variety on the pub menu for lunch and dinner, but the breakfast was delicious.

Check-in was easy & room was clean. Room is in need of some updating—paint, stained carpet, etc, but it is clean, spacious & a beautiful view. Dinner & service at The Dock was awful for the price. My shrimp was not a lime scampi, but frozen fried tough shrimp. Server was unfriendly and the food for the price was horrendous. Complete waste of money. Aldo sells better frozen shrimp I am sure. Location is beautiful & overall hotel is nice. Just don’t eat here.

Just a pity there isn't air conditioning in bedrooms. The nights were very warm in August. Or supply fans in the rooms at least. Apart from that fabulous hotel and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at the Ferrycarrig Hotel. The view from our room and the bar was fantastic. I happily had my coffee looking out over the River Slaney. I think it's a place where one could easily spend a few relaxing days. The food in the Dry Dock Bar was lovely. There are a number of beaches within easy reach.

Quick check in, spacious and quiet triple room for 3 people. Extra amenities (towels, tea, coffee, drinking glasses) were not provided for the 3rd occupant of the room. Breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent with ample choice for everyone. The hot food was piping hot. Overall a great stay.

A lovely experience in Ferrycarrig. Staff were lovely. Food excellent. Room was a good size. Shower could be better as water went from very hot to very cold in an instant! Overall, a very pleasant visit and I would return again.
