Très bon emplacement. La zone est très bien desservie (plusieurs lignes de bus et metrorail et metromover à proximité). Plusieurs restaurants et supermarché à proximité. Nous y avons passé un très bon moment en famille (parents + ados). La présence d'une machine à laver et du sèche-linge dans le logement est très appréciée. Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique. Les installations de loisirs sont excellentes (salle de sport, terrain de basket, jacuzzi roof top, piscine..) Super rapport qualité/prix La prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Miami, impossible de ne pas réserver cet hôtel.

Check in was horrible. They did not have my reservation. They keep on saying they are not the host and i need to call my host. There are two guys with a small desk and are overwhelmed by the crowd they need to deal with. I looked up my reservation and finally figured out who to call and it went to answering machine in India . Finally after several attempts i was able to get hold of some one who said my reservation was not there because i need to give my credit card no for security deposit. Front desk guys can’t take it because they are not the host. It took me nearly 3 hrs to finally get to my room. I was supposed to get two twin beds in one room and one twin in another room and sleeper sofa. I got twin beds in both rooms and the sleeper was broken. I have to sleep on the floor. No house keeping for 3 days. Window shades were not opaque. I
