Overall good stay at the George - although early in season so not all facilities available. Staff were helpful

Large comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Pool area on the roof was nice, but the bar there is always closed. Lots of noise, in common with everywhere else in Paceville. During the day it is from construction work, and at night from the partying youths outside. Not the hotel's fault, but did spoil the stay.

A nice modern hotel - close to the marina and an lovely rooftop pool and lounging area. Central to many restaurants, shopping, coastline.

Gute Lage, Frühstück gut, einzige Nachteil war dass die Roof-Top Bar und die Bar in der Lobby nicht in Betrieb waren. Dach-Pool ebenfalls in Renovierung.

I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is ideal if you want to be in the heart of everything in paceville. Bars, restaurants, shops and the St George's bay beach is also close by. I would personally recommend the junior suite the rooms are spacious, modern and also come with a balcony. The rooftop pool is perfect during the day and there is a bar next to it. Housekeeping and the staff at reception are really friendly and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The noise from the street below can be very loud mostly on evenings into the early hours. However given its location in paceville this is to be expected as its more of a party area.

Amazing hotel, modern, lovely pool area, decent spa, big comfy beds, friendly maids who clean every day! It is a very good location for everything in St Julian's. Shame about the outside of the hotel which is currently a building site and incredibly loud! Request a room on the other side of the hotel or you will be woken up very early!

Attico spazioso, pulito e ordinato. Trovate formiche e una blatta, ma la cosa è stata veramente casuale. Unica pecca la piscina presente in struttura. Non pulita, acqua sempre torbida. Posizione dell’albergo davvero ottima, a due passi dalla movida.

Tiszta, szép szálloda. A büfé reggeli bőséges. 2 medencéje is van, az egyik a szálloda tetején. A szobákban vízforraló, kávé és tea is van. A személyzet nagyon kedves.

My room was not cleaned properly, i had a kleenex sitting on the bottom shelf of the night stand and it was never tossed away. The cup in the room was not washed properly as there was still lipstick stain on side of cup, so it was obviously just rinsed very mildly. There is only one outlet source, making it difficult to charge multiple items, or to use hairstyling tools. I had to request for an extension cord, as the outlet was too far from a mirror for me to do my hair using hairstyling tools.

The hotel was lovely, clean and very central to the madness of Paceville I don’t think people realise this when booking hotels in the paceville area, one of our party had an extremely grumpy security guard banging on be door after a noise complaint ( it was 7pm an she was on FaceTime with her mum) other than that we had a great time. Something else to add we where not warned of the building work outside our window that starts at 7am every morning.

Couette trouée. Personnel qui se plaint de ramener des serviettes la nuit alors que l'oubli est de leur faute. - Parfois pas de nouvelles serviettes à nous fournir - Climatisation super forte dans le hall d'entrée - Piscine : peu de places et canapés côté bar très sales Résumé : ok avec pas mal de bémol. Ne vaut pas 4 étoiles.

Hotellet hade ej en servicenivå som förväntas av ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. En av sängarna var trasig, det fanns hårbollar på en av sängarna och på golvet. Under sängarna var det dammigt och fyllt med skräp, fläckiga handdukar och kuddar. Delar av rummets inredning var sprucket. Frukostbuffén var undermålig och hade ej stort utbud. Delar av personalen var trevlig.

The hotel staff were amazing, the cleaners were great, only issue was they didn’t come for 4 days meaning we had to ask staff for new towels. But when they did come it was an immaculate job

The interior of the hotel is appealing and my room was large, well styled and comfortable. Refrigerator in my room did not work and was not fixed or replaced despite maintenance staff visiting my room to check it. One towel was frayed, a dirty spoon was in my room when I arrived and was still there when I checked out despite my room being cleaned. Used glasses also not removed. Breakfast was not available in the hotel, but instead served at another nearby due to ongoing refurbishment, this was not mentioned on hotel website or Expedia booking page. Immediate surrounding area is being redeveloped with building and roadwork. Hotel is well located for main bus routes, shopping and restaurants. Overall stay was fine but did not meet expectations.

Bad odor in room. Mildew like smell. I think the air unit needs an overhaul.

la posizione è comodissima a tutti i locali / ristoranti. La camera aveva un letto davvero comodissimo e quasi tutte le camere vantano un balcone stupendo!

The hotel is conveniently located for visiting other parts of Malta and there are some good restaurants within walking distance. The rooms could be good but ours had a faulty TV, a socket not attached to the wall properly, the lamp above the bed was broken, one wardrobe door didn’t close properly and the lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. The pool is good but the music is too loud for relaxation and the staff surly when asked to turn it down. There was also an afternoon where two older men were very obviously ‘entertaining’ two younger women … not really appropriate? The whole hotel needs more TLC and a stricter guest policy!

部屋は写真のとおりなのですが、実際に入ってみると非常に古いです。まず入室したところ、冷蔵庫が壊れていることがわかりました。部屋を好感してほしかったのですが、結局冷蔵庫を交換してくれました。しかし、明らかに他で使用していたもので、中は汚れていたので掃除して使用しました。また、冷蔵庫がうなる声がずっとしていました。 　また、隣室の人の話す声が結構聞こえました。 　宿泊1日目の当日、トイレタンクのうえの、バスタオルをかけるラックの右端がはずれて落ちたのでタオルを置けなくなりました。翌日以降クリーニングの人も気づいたのかそこに置かなくなったのですが、修理されることはありませんでした。 　２Fだったこともあり、飲食店の外まで出て騒ぐ人の声が毎日夜中の3時ころまで続きあまり熟睡できませんでした。 　しかし、すべてのスタッフは感じがよく、どんな質問にも答えてくれ、次に会った時には私のことを認識してくれていました。

V friendly helpful staff on reception at all times. VERY large bedroom, VERY small bathroom (cramped). Roon was clean & comfortable but soulless. Lots of building work nearby so noisy - courtyard room was relatively quiet but also dark. Nice spa but steam room broken

Ich kam leider die erste Nacht nicht im geplanten Hotel unter, da dies überbucht war und wurde für eine Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gebeten. Ein Taxi fuhr mich hin. Sehr schönes, brandneues Hotel, aber in einem völlig anderen Stadtteil. Als ich am nächsten Tag mein gebuchtes Zimmer im ursprünglichen Hotel beziehen wollte, war das Hotel leider schon wieder überbucht. Schließlich konnte man mir eine Junior Suite anbieten, die ich dann auch gerne nahm. Insgesamt natürlich ärgerlich, aber mein Ärger wurde tatsächlich deutlich gemindert, da das gesamte Personal in beiden Hotels wirklich extrem freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit war. Also insgesamt ärgerlich, aber versöhnt.

The location is perfect but that is all they have going for them. When I arrived they didn’t have a room and were mad I booked one online. They tried to downgrade us from what I paid for but eventually provided the room. It had ants. The noise level is off the charts and it had ants. They said they validated parking but then charged €13. Will not stay here again.

Great hotel! Very central in St Julian’s and easy to get around. Friendly staff and the rooms are very spacious. The pool on the roof is a great touch to the hotel but have limited sun beds so keep an eye out for busy times. Only downside would be that there are road works directly in-front of the hotel, making it difficult to get to in a car and the surrounding pavements aren’t in the best conditions (be careful at night). I would recommend to stay here.

The whole area for 500 yards around the hotel was a building site! You had constant dust, noise from drilling and vibration from lorries and diggers all day long. Loose rocks and broken glass as well as torn safety fencing laying on access pathways and in the road outside which the public had to manoeuvre around which was difficult to say the least. We were never informed of any of this when we booked our holiday and if we had known we would certainly have chosen a different location ! The amount of construction work taking place around the resort area of St Julian’s is truly depressing to say the least !

Close proximity to the bus pickup, about 10-minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants very close by. Loved that there was a little store next door.

Nice stay, breakfast was fantastic. Staff were excellent. Evening bar limited. Comfortable room and a nice bed... air conditioning worked and did drown out some of the 'night time street noise' !! Our bathroom needed a refit, peeling walls and towel rails hanging off. Very noisey due to all the building work in the immediate area, great view of the cranes working around the hotel while you were in the pool !!! Also while we were there the road outside the hotel was closed, which made it really difficult for the taxi's to get close.

Malta i oktober var flott! Rommet skikkelig pyntet og badekaret fylt, og vin i kjøler på bordet. Vi følte oss velkommen og at det var oppfattet at vi reiste på 40 års bryllupsreise. Til tross for anmeldelser om forstyrrende byggestøy, tok vi sjansen. Og da mandagen kom og arbeidet på nabobygg startet, var vi alvorlig bekymra for om vi burde tatt anmeldelsene mere på alvor. Vi kunne ikke holdt ut med slik støy i nesten to uker! Men; det var denne ene dagen, og resten av oppholdet var vi ikke plaget av sjenerende byggestøy. Noe lyd og aktivitet må man regne med når man velger å bo i et så tettbebygget strøk. Ville ønsket oss noe skjerming mellom terassene- det ville kostet lite men gjort stor forskjell. Det ble veldig lite privat. Frokost prøvde vi én dag. Det var skuffende. Så egenkjøpt frokost på terassen var det beste alternativet for oss. Noe merkelig at renholdspersonalet ikke byttet glass og kaffekopper, men bare skylte dem og satte dem på et papir. Vi etterspurte rene glass og kopper flere ganger. Det ble litt hevede øyebryn. Vi spurte pent i resepsjonen, og de beklaget og sa de skulle sørge for at det ble gjort. Men det samme gjentok seg hver dag. Ellers fin takterasse og rent og pent basseng. Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen og på takterrassen. Men hotellet oppleves litt på sparebluss med begrensede tilbud. Bortsett fra duft i resepsjonen! Too much!!! Totalt bedre enn førsteinntrykk. Sentral plassering. Og god lydisolering på rom med tanke på støy ute.
