Nous devons faire l'enregistrement nous-mêmes y compris faire sa carte pour rentrer dans sa chambre, écrire son numéro de chambre sur le support.... à quand devrons nous faire le ménage et vider les poubelles ??

We were a bit disappointed. This is a new hotel "near" the Vienna airport. We had a very early flight the next morning, and we chose this hotel which was cheapest of the three airport hotels. It's 2.5 km from the airport, so we couldn't walk with our luggage, instead took the airport shuttle which runs every 20 min. We walked in the hotel; it looked nice and modern. We asked where the restaurant is, as we hadn"t esten all day. They don't have a restaurant (and this is a 500 room hotel with nothing else nearby). They have very few people working there, seems very AI. No cash may be utilized. There's one bartender. And you can order one of two kinds of pizza. My husband ordered tuna fish. I opted to order chicken curry ricebowl from the robot. It came out cold so i had to microwave it. We asked for a 3 am wake-up call, and they also don't do that. On the positive side, our room was nice, large and clean. I still don't think we'd stay here again. .

Should be called the "Not so Smart hotel". It is a pain to do self check in when you are tired from a long journey. Rooms very small. Quilts are too hot, and split. Need thinner bedding. Rooms are too hot. Air conditioning not available all the time unless computer decides day is hot enough. Very hot sun on some rooms, with no a/c working. Ac should not be centrally controlled.
