The location is exceptional.

The rooms were very accurate to the pictures, very nice and quite clean. What could be better are towels - you get 1 per person and i would prefer having one extra as a handtowel. There were many spiders in the room and the whole family living outside window. The rooms are very near the tram so you hear it all the time passing but it didnt bother us.

Location was great, very close to Wawel castle. The room was clean and looked brand new. The entrance is discrete - Easy to miss. I wouldn't be surprised if we were the first to stay in this room as everything looked and smelled brand new. Unfortunately, probably my mistake, I was not aware there was no lift, which made the 3 flights of stairs to our room with luggage quite difficult. Additionally, workers were in the middle of tiling the main entrance - half tiled upon arrival and wet mud and workers there upon departure. We picked city view and the room would not be ideal for light sleepers due to the tram and lights/ city noise directly below. Additionally, it was situated in a no drop off/pick up zone. I wished there would have been a few more pillows as the ones provided were quite soft and only 1 each, but we found the price very affordable and enjoyed our stay and especially the location. The room was well designed and decorated and it was nice to have access to a mini fridge. I think we would definitely stay again - but maybe pack lighter!
