A bit over priced. Had no food, said it would be too much competition to Timmermans. But Timmermans did not open until 4 in the afternoon!! On Sundays Timmermans does have a breakfast brunch at 930.

Very quiet! Decent room. Staff was ok. Not sure if they have hot tubs in the rooms or not. Mine didn't have one. Not real sure what is "wellness" related to this place. No one explained anything. I read a brochure online and there was nothing mentioned when I checked in. Different place, for sure. Not horrible. I'd try it out again :) Very close to Dubuque off hwy 20. Cute area!

Had a terrifying experience. Someone trying to open our door at 1230pm followed by a second attempt with them trying to kick it open. The police could not gain access to the building which prolonged them being able to assist me. I have only heard from the police today and an employee. Camera footage is needed. I will be pressing charges against whomever need be. This experience ruined my vacation. We drove back to Omaha which is 5 hours without sleep in the rain because we were shaken to our core. The staff member did say you world refund my stay but I need answers. I will never be able to stay in another hotel and feel safe. I have sent numerous emails and will continue to follow up also apart from all of that after being escorted to my car at 1am in the rain and dark I backed into the police cruiser. No damage to the grill of the cruiser but my vehicle is dented. So mentally and financially I am now forever in debt to my short stay at your hotel.

We were only there one night but everything was clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Great for the price.
