Very large room and bathroom size. Historic building but modern bath and very comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Great breakfast and happy hour. Water across street and in historic St. Augustine. Only downside is parking -- either parallel parking across from inn on busy street with meter that starts at 8 am and goes to 9 pm OR free parking that is 4 blocks away. In heat & humidity the 4 blocks seems like a lot especially when dressed for dinner. Stairs to 2nd floor are steep. Overall, would definitely return and recommend!

Cozy B&B within walking distance of historic St Augustine attractions. Service was top notch, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Also enjoyed the late afternoon snacks. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would definitely go back for another stay.

Beautiful B&B on the Matanzas River just south of the historic district of St Augustine. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and historic sites. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. In the afternoon there was a nice happy hour. We sat on the porch overlooking the water with our wine and delicious appetizers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great choice for a getaway in St. Augustine! We loved our room, the breakfast was tasty, and our innkeepers were super nice and very helpful. The Wescott was within walking distance to the trolley we took to visit the museums and restaurants. However, we had to walk about two blocks to park our car. Other than that, we highly recommend this charming place. Can’t wait to visit again and experience the charm of another room.

From the minute we got there the staff made us feel welcomed. Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Room very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious! Within walking distance to St George Street and other attractions. Highly recommend!

I didnt like the breakfast hours as i like to eat at brunch time which is around noon . Their were no porch swings like the b and b' right next door . Also i like the keto diet and their breakfast had too many carbs! I did enjoy my chammomile tea hot chocolate etc their small bites at 5pm were a little ordinary although i did like their shrimp cocktail and the homemade peanut butter cookies were excellent, one of the servers named heidi made our stay a happy experience everytime we saw her. I will be picking a different place to stay next time as they dont have a porch swing on this property and i have health problems and their parking lot is 4 blocks away so my hubs had to drop me off then go park our car and he walked the 4 blocks back by himself. I did find the bed in my room comfortable and clean but the floor in my room needed a good sweep and mop .the ourdoor furniture and outdoor and indoor dining furniture wasnt comfortable at all . On a positive note the view from my room and front of property was a 10 plus!

All the staff were very friendly, I just didn't like the somewhat derogatory treatment of a waitress with glasses who didn't even say good morning when serving breakfast! The others were very nice, the hotel was very clean and well maintained and the location was phenomenal, it was worth the cost.

We absolutely loved the Westcott house. It is a great location to everything. We went for the Nights of Lights and could walk everywhere. Very clean, excellent service!!! Would definitely return.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Victoria room and it was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable and the private porch had a wonderful view of the bay and courtyard below. The sunrise was gorgeous to enjoy with our morning coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The only improvements I would suggest would be that there needs to be more hooks to hang up our towels and there isn't a good place to put luggage. Other than that though, our stay was incredible and we highly recommend it if you are looking to stay in St. Augustine!

beautiful house and facility; off site parking appreciated but 3 blocks away; owners not present or were not introduced - treated more like a hotel guest -could easily hear staff issues and conversations from dining room -hot water inadequate for jacuzzi-blinds and curtains in room were inadequate for privacy-cocktail hour and food just okay- Breakfast totally amazing- probably would not return or recommend for the price I paid-

We stayed here the night of our wedding, and it was perfect! The room was gorgeous and spacious. After a long night out with family and friends, coming back to the dessert tray of cookies and brownies at 2 am was just what we needed. It was an unexpected touch that was highly appreciated. Over breakfast the next morning looking out over the bay, we were adamant about coming back soon and making it a tradition. I can’t say even good things about all the little touches and great communication with the staff!!!

We were hoping this facility would be equal to other Select Registry properties, but it was not. The views was excellent but the room arrangement was weird. I could literally roll out of bed into the shower. There was no separation between the bed and the separate sink, shower and toilet (the toilet dud gave a door, if used, was very uncomfortable for anyone of average height) the room lacked a full-length mirror. The small shower amenities were either empty or close to being empty for our first shower. Guests are asked to fill out a breakfast form to expedite service but it didn’t. Our first meal was not cooked to order. The second day we had to sit for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Finally, a pot of coffee was placed on the table but no cups (and no hot tea). Our order did arrive as ordered but again not complete. We had requested the fresh bakery items but had to ask for them. Yes, it was on the order form we turned in. When we were given the bakery items, they were very cold temperature so obviously not fresh. As this was an anniversary trip, we were very disappointed that the Westcott missed the mark.

Unlike any experience I have had in about 20 plus years! Super Amazing, professional, courteous, immaculately clean, an overall great experience. We have literally decided that this will be the only place we stay while in St. Augustine. Andre was amazing! He even gave us a bottle of Champagne, good Champagne, to celebrate!!

From the minute we got there the staff made us feel welcomed. Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Room very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious! Within walking distance to St George Street and other attractions. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had an early Anniversary trip to St Augustine, and this place absolutely blew us away. The staff, food, rooms, and everything they offer certainly set the bar high for any other trip we take. Worth every penny!

All the staff were very friendly, I just didn't like the somewhat derogatory treatment of a waitress with glasses who didn't even say good morning when serving breakfast! The others were very nice, the hotel was very clean and well maintained and the location was phenomenal, it was worth the cost.

We were hoping this facility would be equal to other Select Registry properties, but it was not. The views was excellent but the room arrangement was weird. I could literally roll out of bed into the shower. There was no separation between the bed and the separate sink, shower and toilet (the toilet dud gave a door, if used, was very uncomfortable for anyone of average height) the room lacked a full-length mirror. The small shower amenities were either empty or close to being empty for our first shower. Guests are asked to fill out a breakfast form to expedite service but it didn’t. Our first meal was not cooked to order. The second day we had to sit for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. Finally, a pot of coffee was placed on the table but no cups (and no hot tea). Our order did arrive as ordered but again not complete. We had requested the fresh bakery items but had to ask for them. Yes, it was on the order form we turned in. When we were given the bakery items, they were very cold temperature so obviously not fresh. As this was an anniversary trip, we were very disappointed that the Westcott missed the mark.

Beautiful B&B on the Matanzas River just south of the historic district of St Augustine. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and historic sites. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. In the afternoon there was a nice happy hour. We sat on the porch overlooking the water with our wine and delicious appetizers. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location is hard to beat, right in town, yet enough distance from the craziness. And with a front and center relaxing water view. The first thing we noticed when we walked inside was how homey and welcoming it feels. The staff couldn’t be more friendlier and accommodating. In spite of being located right on a busy street, it felt quiet in the room, though I have to say, that we stayed in one of the rooms in the back. We arrived early and we asked for a tour of the property and all the rooms were beautifully decorated and keeping with the history of the house. The breakfast was delicious and we felt so blessed to be able to start our day in such a beautiful setting on the porch overlooking the boats going by.

We absolutely loved the Westcott house. It is a great location to everything. We went for the Nights of Lights and could walk everywhere. Very clean, excellent service!!! Would definitely return.

Cozy B&B within walking distance of historic St Augustine attractions. Service was top notch, staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Also enjoyed the late afternoon snacks. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I would definitely go back for another stay.

The staff was amazing. The BEST breakfast and social hour we have ever experienced at a B&B. Very helpful with late Check-In. Friendly and kind ppl. Spent our 40th wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Hopefully we'll be back for our 50th!

I didnt like the breakfast hours as i like to eat at brunch time which is around noon . Their were no porch swings like the b and b' right next door . Also i like the keto diet and their breakfast had too many carbs! I did enjoy my chammomile tea hot chocolate etc their small bites at 5pm were a little ordinary although i did like their shrimp cocktail and the homemade peanut butter cookies were excellent, one of the servers named heidi made our stay a happy experience everytime we saw her. I will be picking a different place to stay next time as they dont have a porch swing on this property and i have health problems and their parking lot is 4 blocks away so my hubs had to drop me off then go park our car and he walked the 4 blocks back by himself. I did find the bed in my room comfortable and clean but the floor in my room needed a good sweep and mop .the ourdoor furniture and outdoor and indoor dining furniture wasnt comfortable at all . On a positive note the view from my room and front of property was a 10 plus!

This B&B is right on the Bay with beautiful views of the Lions Bridge from the front porch. The staff and service is all first class. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely amazing. My wife and myself were served such an amazing breakfast every morning we skipped lunch and just ate an early dinner every day of our stay. We will be going back to Bayfront Westcott House again. Did I mention the outstanding staff? They truly are an incredible team. They will attend to your every need and are extremely knowledgeable of St. Augustine.

A very convenient downtown, historical house with friendly staff and delicious breakfast! Also a happy hour with cocktails and snacks. I would stay again in Charlotte room. Parking tip: If you arrive late, the meters in front of the house stop charging at 7pm. And start again at 8 AM. So for about $10 we were able to park across the street overnight. If not, the parking lot is four blocks away.
