Havde været på besøg sidste år og havde bestilt en del overnatninger. Da det ligger lige der hvor vi ønskede os. Morgenmaden er nogenlunde ok men hele hotellet var under renovering og panorama udsigten på top etagen var der ikke morgenmads buffet denne gang. Som nok var den grund til vi valgte lige netop dette hotel igen. Var noget skuffet. Parkering på gaden var ok

This hotel is not as advertised, it is undertaking significant renovations, so be aware: The restaurant with views is not open. The spa etc is not open. There is building work obvious in the hallways and the makeshift reception area. We were allocated a room different to the one booked. There was no minibar, coffee maker or Mountain View, despite all being included in the room description and booking. The member of staff, I raised all of the above with, ON ARRIVAL, was disinterested in our disappointment and in answer to my question, if we book another hotel, will we be refunded for our room at the Golden Tulip? told us we would need to contact hotels.com for any refund. I did, they contacted the hotel on our behalf and were informed by the manager, a refund could not be issued for any part of our 3 night stay, as it was after midday, check in begins at 3 pm! Appalling, frustrating, disappointing. On the plus side the bed was comfy, room spacious and clean.

Hela hotellet håller på att restaureras, alla plan och korridorer verkar berörda samtidigt. Mycket bygg-oväsen. Annars var rummet och frukost helt ok.
