My fience was coming from Venezuela and i was coming from thr usa. I purchased my room two days in advance knowing that we she would arrive a day later. The room was paid for from the 7th tonthe 8th she arrived on the 8th. She gave them all relevant information but she was unable to register until Five after arguing with the manager and i having to send receipts anf phoos of my passport

Is perfect they have great service . I feel like home and safe. Always taking care of every person thta walk out and in the door. The staff alway taking 2 the next level of excellence and happiness. I recommend every person to stay in this hotel. The best hotel i stay in cucuta. I wish every hotel had the same standards
