The room was nice, but the walls are thin. We could hear a lot of noise from next door and throughout the hall. Also, the housekeepers skipped emptying the trash in the bathroom and we had to ask for towels even after the 3rd night. Everyday we had to ask for our coffee to be refilled.

My stay at The Longmont Hotel was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk employee with black hair and a nose ring was arrogant, dismissive, and far from helpful. First impressions matter, and customer service is a critical part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, her attitude made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I believe this employee would benefit from additional customer service training. Someone representing the hotel at the front desk should be professional, courteous, and willing to assist guests. Based on my experience, she did not meet those expectations and should not be the face of The Longmont Hotel upon arrival.
