Prepaid booking didnt come through to their computers for 4 hours. Charged me $35 to check in at 12pm vs. 2pm after sitting in their lobby for almost 4 hours waiting for booking to show up. Trash all over the property (broken trash bags). No breakfast as advertised. Card locks on door didnt work. Overall bad experience. I would not stay here again. Would not recommend to anyone. Definitely not worth $80 a night.

The location was fine, the motel is very outdated, which is ok, but not very clean. The check in was great the gentleman who checked us in was amazing, the ice machine didn't work, the bed definitely needs replacing. someones car alarm went off most of the night. the soa, tissue, towels wash cloths were very limited.

There was blood on the sheets literal bed bugs running on the sheets with lamps on I awarded the front office they didn’t want to refund me knowing that they had a beg bug problem the night shift lady stated that I wasn’t the only one came up there with the complaints and pictures there was a male name grant that wouldn’t cancel my room 30 mins after reservation and after paying room charge and 35 pet fee he tried to charge me a unknown charge for 67 dollars if you can please don’t waste your money here any issues you can’t cancel with them you have to dispute through the bank

The lobby is dirty, the hotel rooms are dirty, the mini refrigerator dirty, microwave dirty, bathroom floor dirty, pretty much all of the carpet is dirty, broken toilet seat, and the bedding is dirty and has the nerve to be white, the remote does not work and neither does the tv, the heat does not work, and the room phone does not work. Make a complaint with the office, get in line, it was like 6 people in the office with complaints. Tried to call the office from my cell phone, but no one picked up. This is the second room that I’ve been in because the other room was dirty and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. Most of the hotels in this area were full this weekend, so I went to Walmart and got cleaning supplies and new bedding. This is more like a quarter star. It’s 7:30 in the morning and now I hear the housekeeping cart rolling around, I guess she was off yesterday.

(+) A/C, TV, refrig and microwave all worked; the bed was clean and comfortable (-) At checkin (#1) the desk did not accept my statement that my reservation was prepaid; (#2) I produced a payment receipt and the desk ignored and wanted payment; (#3) I detailed the reservation number, my credit card payment statement and the amount paid. Finally the desk was able to input my data correctly and the payment registered. Their room was dilapidated – entrance door broken; shower hand support broken; toilet seat broken. Old dirt was evident in every corner of the room and table tops. So, if you want an overpricd, 2* (max) motel this is the place.

This is the worst room I have ever stayed! I had my wife and daughter with me and I was embarrased! The room smelled horrible; the bed wasnt totally clean and neither was the shower. I will NEVER stay at this place again!

Rooms were dingy and dirty. The bathrooms were terrible, the toilets were extremely dirty and the bottoms didn’t look like they had been wiped in years - like literally- , the ceiling above the shower had mold and water damage , the tub didn’t drain properly so as you finished showering (if you were quick) you ended in ankle deep water . To top it all off - the morning we are leaving checkout is at 11 am and it’s 10 am , I’m in the room getting the kids dressed and packed up and there’s a knock at the door . I immediately go to the door and before I can make it there the man from the front desk pushes the door open . I catch the door with the palm of my hand to stop it from opening all the way because I have kids getting dressed and he tells me checkout is at 11am ….uh yeah I know….mind you the extra lock thing was flipped on the inside , however , he was still able to push the door open with no avail . I come to town often to visit my daughter who lives on campus and I will never return to this hotel. Beware of the bargain price you will regret it !

when I booked the amenities of the room state there is a coffee maker and that for breakfast there would be coffee and a breakfast item, none of that was there. Even now the booking for a room states free breakfast. The lobby is not inviting with the clean and dirty linen in full view. The bathrooms are in severe need of updating and were not the cleanest.

The clerk was helpful in finding a room to fit my needs, 1st floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback for my husband and I was the lack of outlets for or CPAP machines.

The property is run down. Our first room had no AC. They moved us to another room, tv did not work. The only good thing was Mike at the front desk. He was very helpful. Another hotel in the area should hire him quickly!!!

We were there two nights and the room was never serviced or cleaned. They never picked up the dirty towels.Never changed the trash cans.Ran out of toilet paper.Never made the bed.We went to front desk and informed the clerk and the cleaning lady came after 3pm and handed us clean towels ,toilet paper,and 2 trash bags.She took the trash out of the cans, but left the new bags for us to put in the cans ourselves.The room wasn't very clean and I had to unstop the lavatory drain.It had a plastic stir stick in it and trash and that was keeping it from draining.I would not stay there again.I realize the property is older,but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job.

They never picked up the dirty towels.Never changed the trash cans.Ran out of toilet paper.Never made the bed.We went to front desk and informed the clerk and the cleaning lady came after 3pm and handed us clean towels ,toilet paper,and 2 trash bags.She took the trash out of the cans, but left the new bags for us to put in the cans ourselves.The room wasn't very clean and I had to unstop the lavatory drain.It had a plastic stir stick in it and trash and that was keeping it from draining.I would not stay there again.I realize the property is older,but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job.

Housekeeper walked in on me while I was naked in bed no knock or anything . Managers solution why didn’t I lock the lock that was already broken. Thank you to the manager Lisa I would like to say you were kind and nice about everything but you weren’t .

My check in was not smooth, because Expedia kept the money paid to them, but did not pay the hotel. When I went to check in at 2 am.... the hotel was trying to charge me for funds they never got from Expedia. I was able to show them where it was taken out of my account. The front desk staff had to eeach out to Expedia. My check in took about 45 minutes. Again... thos was at 2am after a 4 hour driven so you cam imagine my frustration.

Rooms were dingy and dirty. The bathrooms were terrible, the toilets were extremely dirty and the bottoms didn’t look like they had been wiped in years - like literally- , the ceiling above the shower had mold and water damage , the tub didn’t drain properly so as you finished showering (if you were quick) you ended in ankle deep water . To top it all off - the morning we are leaving checkout is at 11 am and it’s 10 am , I’m in the room getting the kids dressed and packed up and there’s a knock at the door . I immediately go to the door and before I can make it there the man from the front desk pushes the door open . I catch the door with the palm of my hand to stop it from opening all the way because I have kids getting dressed and he tells me checkout is at 11am ….uh yeah I know….mind you the extra lock thing was flipped on the inside , however , he was still able to push the door open with no avail . I come to town often to visit my daughter who lives on campus and I will never return to this hotel. Beware of the bargain price you will regret it !

We were visiting Natchitoches and needed a "smoking" room which means that our options were limited. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure about staying here but it's location was good so we took a chance. This place is a good economical choice. It isn't fancy but it does have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, check in was easy. It has some sort of breakfast but we didn't check it out. Plus there are several places to get something to eat within walking distance. The only negatives that we experienced was that the "power" button on the TV remote did not work. All other functions of the remote worked fine. Also there was road construction going on but that wasn't the motel's fault and once you got used to maneuvering through it, it wasn't a problem.

The location was fine, the motel is very outdated, which is ok, but not very clean. The check in was great the gentleman who checked us in was amazing, the ice machine didn't work, the bed definitely needs replacing. someones car alarm went off most of the night. the soa, tissue, towels wash cloths were very limited.

Prepaid booking didnt come through to their computers for 4 hours. Charged me $35 to check in at 12pm vs. 2pm after sitting in their lobby for almost 4 hours waiting for booking to show up. Trash all over the property (broken trash bags). No breakfast as advertised. Card locks on door didnt work. Overall bad experience. I would not stay here again. Would not recommend to anyone. Definitely not worth $80 a night.

The tub wasn’t clean the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The cover had spots on it. There was no type of breakfast service. There was no WiFi and if it was the front desk didn’t let me know.

So gross. Tv wouldn’t work the whole four days used our pad. The breakfast was muffins that expired 6 months ago. The juice machine had crap hanging out it, coffee was cold no breakfast at all, no juice and no coffee. Coffee pots were taken out of all rooms in a closet that is always open. The whole family lives there. They take up at least 10 rooms. Very rude. The man acted like everyone was stupid when anyone complained. This place needs to be condemned. I am from natchitoches and i am going to make a few calls.

Highly disappointed. Walked into room, half the carpet was torn, the shower was dirty, there IS NO BREAKFAST! Don’t let that fool you! One of the only reasons we picked this “cheaper hotel over other cheaper ones”. There was a dead roach as soon as we walked in.

when I booked the amenities of the room state there is a coffee maker and that for breakfast there would be coffee and a breakfast item, none of that was there. Even now the booking for a room states free breakfast. The lobby is not inviting with the clean and dirty linen in full view. The bathrooms are in severe need of updating and were not the cleanest.

Looks like it's being renovated; hopefully not finished! - new furniture built-ins. Mattress was very comfortable - and a big thick one. Fridge did not seem cold, air conditioning was not cool enough, Front Desk clerk was very friendly.

When i first walked in the room i noticed black dirt all over the couch. The Towel and Washrags smelled very bad. Thankfully I had brought my own. When using the sink it smelled like THROW UP.. IT WAS DISCUSTING.. I will say the bed and pillows were very comfortable. If you don't know the area it is hard to find the office. I had to ask a person sitting outside. I will stay somewhere else next time.

There was nothing true that came from the photos to the hotel. It is a run down shell of a place. Photos do not match the hotel.If that's what you wanna call it. Is the pool isn't a pool but a storage for garbage. It literally, who was a place that looks like it's a trap house. I feel like I need a tetanus shot just for touching the door. I want my money back. I didn't get my money back. I didn't stay there the continental breakfast.Oh, my god share it with the cockroaches.
