Step through the front door into a big hall with a wood-burning stove in its inglenook fireplace, slate floor, leather window seat and pool table; walk through glazed doors into the large living room with polished wood floor and leather sofas, then through to the fitted oak kitchen with dining table and chairs, slate floor and utility room with toilet. Head upstairs to four bedrooms: two king-size doubles, one with en suite shower-room, a twin, and a single with additional z-bed; family bathroom. In front, there is a neat walled garden; at the back, a large, mostly lawned garden on two levels with patio (table/chairs, barbecue) which can be lit at night for romantic dining (from the back door there are 2 steps up to cobbles, then 2 further steps up to first tier of lawn and patio, and 11 slate steps up to further lawn - rope hand rail).
